DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE WORKERS TO GO THROUGH YOUR PHONES.
A worker went through my phone and decided to follow himself on my social medias and go through my phone while I was trading in my phone. I called the store to report the worker and the manager did not seem to care. My privacy was invaded!

Employees went thru my girlfriends phone after trading it in and saying it was wiped clean and followed themselves on instagram. The manager had no problem with them doing it. I would recommend staying away from this store.

I went in to get a new Apple Watch and was assisted by a wonderful young man named Alzie. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and listened to my wants and concerns. Without me even asking, he looked for potential discounts for my monthly bill and I walked out with a better service plan than when I arrived. I also bought an Apple Watch and Alzie set it up and measured it for my arm. I wore it out of the store. I highly recommend this store and Alzie in particular.

The rep was very quick and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait at all to speak with someone and I upgraded and got a new phone (with a Mother's day special) in less than 30 mins. I was very pleased. Thank you ladies.

Friendly. Fun. Listened to us and provided highly customized support options uniquely tailored to our phone needs. Seemed like a group of people who enjoy their jobs made for a great customer experience. We had support from the entire team. They helped each other and double checked each offer/option to ensure everything was 100% accurate before we left.

Spent 5 hrs there over 2 days, then 3 more hours on their customer service line. Problem still not resolved.
