Alzie was very helpful. He listened to my concerns and didn't make my concern a ME problem or make me feel as if I did something to cause the issues with my phone. Alzie was initially not the person who assisted me. The person who greeted me tablet was dead, and Alzie jumped and assisted. I call it a blessing in disguise. This will be my go-to location and AT&T representative when I visit this location. Alzie deserves to be recognized. His customer service skills are something that is missing in this day and age.

Vanessa was a lifesaver. I had accidentally deleted important information on my phone. She was very instrumental in the recover of the information, by listening and executing a complete recover of my phone. THANK YOU VANESSA!!

Usually, I brace myself when I have to go to at&t and wait for the $$$ to fly out of my wallet. I had an issue with my phone and had to temporarily use a prepaid phone. Went in to see if they could help me connect it. 1/2 of my screen was black, so getting my contacts to transfer to my temp phone was impossible. Amanda worked with me for 45 mins, and all of the staff was trying to help. Alvie saved the day with his techiness! They were all so kind and patient, and no one seemed bother by my situation and how long it was taking. Even though I didn't spend a single $ in the store, they went above and beyond to make sure I had phone access. I truly appreciate this encounter and their professionalism!

Alvie was extremely helpful. Adding an additional line with my Apple Watch Ultra really reduced our bill. We were even able to bundle our insurance instead of spreading it across 5 lines and we really saved. I compared our 4 lines on AT&T with what Verizon was going to offer and it was a difference (JUST plans) of $161 (AT&T) to $193 (Verizon). We even got an Apple Watch 9 for free!! Thanks Alvie!

I had an issue with my phone and went to our local ATT. Vanessa was the young lady that assisted me and she was amazing! She was very professional and knowledgeable and corrected the issue quickly. I highly recommend her.

Worst customer service ever. I would give zero stars if able. Went in to get add a line and port a number over and they couldn't even do that. Manager was worthless and didn't even offer a solution. Had to call att while in the store to get it done. Complete joke. They need to go back to training and learn how to do their job or find a different one. No excuses for piss poor customer service.

Amanda has always been so patient and kind with me with dealing with my phone service. She is one of the best associates y’all have in that store. Tonight, I put my phone on voice over. I met Amanda at the store as she was closing, she took the time to get my phone out of voice over. Very customer friendly!!
