Bath & Body Works offers hundreds of quality products like fragrant body lotion, shower gel, and candles. The store is nice and clean with nicely stocked displays. Many customers have a pleasant or great experience, finding the associates super nice, helpful, and ready with a smile and recommendations. They help pick out products and put together gifts. For some, the customer service was not so good, feeling it was a struggle to get help. The store has many scents to see and smell, often leaving customers with a huge smile.
Always friendly , helpful staff. Even if their prices are skyrocketing. 50 bucks for candle holders, 30 bucks for candles. However, you can at least get some good deals if you join their little club, download their app.
