Bath & Body Works offers hundreds of quality products like fragrant body lotion, shower gel, and candles. The store is nice and clean with nicely stocked displays. Many customers have a pleasant or great experience, finding the associates super nice, helpful, and ready with a smile and recommendations. They help pick out products and put together gifts. For some, the customer service was not so good, feeling it was a struggle to get help. The store has many scents to see and smell, often leaving customers with a huge smile.
Shopping here is like a personal luxury experience! So many scents to choose from! And theyre constantly having deals! My cashier was a kind older lady who enthusiastically helped me set up a rewards account so I can get more coupons in the mail 😼. I look forward to going back!

Always friendly , helpful staff. Even if their prices are skyrocketing. 50 bucks for candle holders, 30 bucks for candles. However, you can at least get some good deals if you join their little club, download their app.
