Ms. Jody was absolutely amazing!!! She was so sweet, kind, and patient with my husband and myself. She worked with our budget to find us the perfect mattress! I would recommend anyone that is needing a new mattress to go see her!

Jody was very friendly and helpful. I told her my budget and what I was looking for and she pointed me to a few mattresses that would fit my needs. I spent about 30 min comparing them and made my selection. She also searched and found me a discounted adjustable base. Overall, I would recommended Bedzzz Express in Rome.

Bought a 4k Sterns and Foster matress. Promised next weekend. Don’t happen, a month later, no mattress and no communication!!! Bad mouthed other stores. Finally got a refund days later. Bought a same mattress at Mattress Form and got same thing in 3 days! Jody was professional; Dedra a total liar! Beware, go elsewhere! Other mattress company said Bedzzz Ezpress is their best advertising! I believe it. Horrible company, horrible communication and overall, worst experience ever!! Don’t go there
