Not only was I shocked when somebody answered but the willingness to repair the tire with a "sure bring it in, we'll fix you right up" was a huge relief. It turned out that "somebody", that answered the phone, turned out to be Mike. Never a better customer service experience. We were back on the tour in 20 minutes with a repaired tire. Mike was hospitable, personable, helpful, knowledgeable and a great ambassador for Rome! Thanks Mike, you made our weekend! AAAA++++”
