Walked into the store and the clerk was straightening the shelf. Immediately, she made me feel unwanted. She asked to help, I asked about a product and she denied having it in the size I needed and kept directing me to the front of the store with the tiny ones. I looked for the product ( with her watching me like I was going to take something) and found more then one flavor in the size I was looking for. She was silent when I took it to the counter and paid for it. It just is not good business to judge someone by the way they look and if you are so nervous about customers then you shouldn't work for a store. And the store smelled like the little dog behind the counter. I suggest that people go to another store, these prices are much higher then other stores, anyway.

Sign in front of store say "Buy Any 3 Packs of Cigarettes And Get A Dollar Off" I bought 1 pack of THIS brand cigs for 2.99 and the two packs of THIS menthol and was charged 3.39 per pack. Today I visited the store again and confirmed the prices and asked about the sign. I showed the receipt up the Same guy and he claimed not to remember me and said I should of said something yesterday

My wife and I went to the Bistro to meet some friends. We got there a little early, so we sat at the bar to wait. While there were only two tables worth of people being served it took five minutes for the bartender - waitress to ask if we would like a drink, which we replied yes. She then left and didn't come back to ask what we wanted for another ten minutes. When our friends arrived we got seated with them. When the waitress came for our order, she neglected to tell us the special of the day until the eighth person in our group asked if there were any specials. My wife ordered the Shrimp and Grits, and I ordered the Shrimp Plate. My wife's dinner was very good and she enjoyed it. My dinner was a huge disappointment. There were 8 small over cooked shrimp, and the "Seasoned Fries" should have been called the overly salted fries. They were inedible. The atmosphere was very loud and not enjoyable because it was difficult to have a conversation with your people. About three quarters through dinner we our table ran out of water. The reason for the 2 star instead of the 1 star that they deserved review is that my wife's dinner was good, and I hope the restaurant will listen to there customers and we don't loose another restaurant in Rome.

Their grilled chicken club sandwich is the best thing on their lunch menu. They also have one of the best brunches in town. Can't go wrong with any dish.

Just returned from a very disappointing dinner at Seasons. Spent $60 on a dinner that included fried shrimp that were very similar (no sarcasm) to the SeaPac brand of frozen shrimp at the grocery store. My husband ordered the crab cakes, and they were mostly made of corn meal, heavy and had a strong fishy taste and smell. Sad that, after a few short years in business, the food has declined substantially from the wonderful dining experience we had shortly after they opened on Broad Street. We won't be returning.

I had the bruschetta chicken, subbed the polenta for Brussels sprouts since that was a very odd accompaniment. The food in terms of flavor was good and the presentation was spot on.

We came to Rome for a concert last night and happened upon this place this morning for brunch. Best decision we made all weekend! The staff is timely and friendly but gives you space and isn't overbearing. The location is right downtown with lots of cute surrounding shops. Food was wonderful! Everything about the experience was top notch.

I randomly stopped in on a Tuesday, they had just rolled out a new menu. The place was fairly empty, seated quickly. Extremely friendly staff recommended a drink.. a figgy sidecar. It was fantastic. Given that first recommendation I took the second, the black and blue pork chop. It was fantastic, perfectly cooked, spicy with blue cheese. I swapped the pimento mac and cheese for brussel sprouts. I was extremely impressed. Everything had great flavor. I decided to even do dessert. They make creme brulee, which was more creamy than I'm used to, served in more of a cup than a flatter bowl. Very good. The coffee, not so much, but besides the coffee everything was spot on and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a nice evening on Broad St.

We went to Seasons for my 81 year old mother's birthday. It was a Saturday night and I was excited when there was a long line at our original restaurant choice down the street, and she agreed to try Seasons instead. It looked much more homey and calm, and a nicer atmosphere for the birthday celebration. But once we arrived, all good things slowly came to an end. First of all, we were greeted by a hostess who asked if we had reservations. We said no. She kind of looked confused, then said "Oh that's okay, some people worry when I ask that but we should be able to find you a seat." We looked around at the many empty tables, wondering what she meant. After some discussion with servers, she agreed to seat us in a booth. We were approached by the waiter, Blake, who was young and friendly. He brought us menus and water and we ordered. We were really hungry and glad that it wasn't crowded and shouldn't take too long. But we waited. And drank water. And waited. And waited. My daughter who has low blood sugar started feeling woozy so I asked if they had some bread or something (seriously, bring a basket of bread to every table. You're a nice restaurant.) He wandered away, then came back and said he could just bring her side order of grits early, since it was ready. Um...?? So anyway, she eats the grits while the rest of us look on really hungry. I'm sorry, you need to bring out something for people to nosh on if your kitchen is slow. They can see we have an elderly person and a fainting person and it would just be nice. Anyway, eventually our food arrives. It's not bad, but honestly not worth the price we paid. I got a Caesar salad with shrimp...$17. For that price I expect some shrimp and a lot of lettuce. But the serving looked more like a side salad. Again I asked if there was any bread or crackers they could give me with the salad. Blake told us we could get a "baguette". Ah! That's the ticket. But what he brought us was grilled (?) sliced bread dripping in buttery garlic. Of course there was an extra charge of $2 for it. Then my daughter's $19 salmon arrived with no sides, since she'd already eaten the grits (a side item by the way and an additional $5). It was kind of sad. My mother, the birthday girl, got trout, which did come with some veggies so that was nice. Then we ran out of water. Blake finally came out with a carafe of water, but walked past us and filled up the glasses of a couple that had just arrived. Then he went away, not passing by our table. I had to go up to the bar to get water. While there I noticed a man who seemed to be the manager, who was kind of watching the kitchen and talking to them. But he ignored me. If he was the manager, that explains a lot. So finally I asked Blake if they had any birthday desserts. He told us they had a complimentary birthday dessert, and described each delicious item in detail. Mom (did I mention she was turning 81?) was excited and chose the cheesecake with strawberries. Blake then asked to see her I.D. Seriously. "The dessert is only free if it's your actual birthday." Oh for God's sake. Really? And you tell us that now? Her birthday was Sunday, Feb 11, and we were there on a Saturday night, Feb 10. It was 9pm by now. So besides embarrassing us all by asking her for an I.D., she only missed it by three hours. Ridiculous. I understand not wanting to give away food, but really, if giving an elderly woman a slice of cake on the house is asking too much, you really need to rethink your customer service policies. I was ready to give them a good rating, even with the nickle and diming, but that was a step too far. Not to mention there was only one tiny strawberry on the cheesecake. Next time we'll stick with Harvest Moon, crowded or not.

I've been wanting to try Seasons since it opened and finally found time during the brunch hour on Saturday. The Broad Street entrance leaves you scratching your head...since its just a door with the name on it. We weren't sure if we should just walk in or try around back. An awning, a few high end sculpted pots with flowers on either side of the door, or even a door mat of some kind would have been helpful. (The front door is the correct door by the way). You then enter through a curtain into the main dining room, which is bright and beautiful decorated in a modern upscale style. Very Buckhead Chic! The well stocked bar is toward the rear just before the huge open concept kitchen. My nephew and I were seated quickly by the hostess and were served water from a chilled bottle personal to our table. The menu offered many tantalizing choices of gourmet sandwiches, burgers, salads, and breakfast fare with accompanying items. We selected breakfast. I had a spinach and melt-in-your-mouth smoked gouda omelet with cheese grits and a biscuit. My nephew chose biscuits and gravy that came with creamy scrambled eggs and seasoned potatoes. The portions were more than enough, especially since the ingredients were top-end and beautifully put together and plated artfully. What was even more impressive were the prices. I would have easily spent the same amount on a mediocre breakfast at WH. Seasons is certainly going to be one of our go-to restaurants whenever we are downtown. 3/16/2018: My nephew and I stopped in for an early meal and were again wowed by the amazing selections. We were hoping to catch breakfast, but were a bit late...so hello sandwiches. Absolutely delightful as expected. We are looking forward to the next time we can pop in.
