The amount of unprofessionalism at this place is insane! My boyfriend was completely humiliated the other night by the lady who works night shift. He had just got off work. She accused him of stealing a cup of coffee from the store the week previous and had a different customer come outside and take a picture of my tag. Anyone who knows my boyfriend knows that that is absolutely insane accusations. It would be more believable if you told me that Mother Teresa went in that store and stole a cup of coffee then to believe my boyfriend did. He doesn’t even drink coffee! Never has!! After her accusing him, he tells her repeatedly to pull the camera up, which of course she had no access to. So I called the store today to speak to a manager to see if they got the camera footage pulled up. I spoke with the assistant manager who acted like their employee did no wrong. Her response was that her employee has the right to refuse service which the lady did not do but how is that your response to a customer being absolutely humiliated in front of his coworkers for something he did not do!!!! She stated that the manager is out on vacation so we can’t even look at the cameras until Monday. If an employee is going to accuse a customer of anything, they should be able to pull the cameras up right then!!! I can guarantee you if a cashier ever spoke to these women’s husband, boyfriend son, dad, whatever the way that mine was spoken to and treated in that store their feelings and attitude would be completely different!! I still can’t get over the fact that she can accuse someone of something, but we have to wait almost a week before they can get around to even looking at the cameras. She was absolutely 100% wrong and at bare minimum she needs to apologize!!! Absolutely disgusting behavior from the store!!!

Y'all got roaches. My four year old screamed ew mommy it's a bug! Coffee counter covered in baby roaches. That's pretty nasty and lazy considering you have a Subway inside.

Went to Circle K on 3070 Cedartown Highway, Rome, GA Sunday night to purchase beer set my beer on the self automatic check out it rang up my purchase. I had my cash money in hand and my ID in my hand and asked the tenant if I could pay cash. She said yes no problem she needed to check my ID showed her my ID and my cash. The product was already rang up and then she refused to sell to me. Told me she cannot sell alcohol after 11:30 . I asked her where her clock was. She pointed to the clock the clock clearly showed 11:27And she still refused to sell me my beer purchase. There was no reason for her to refuse to sell to me. I had not been drinking. I had driven a good way just to get there and had plenty of time to make my purchase and leave the store before 11:30 her name is Tina. She had short blonde hair was a older lady with black framed glasses , she was very rude and should not be working a position of that nature dealing with the public

They've got some moron behind the counter that if it says "free tickets ticket" on a lottery ticket that your cashing in, you have to get a free ticket at that value, not cash. They haven't done that since the 90s. ?

Soda machine not working. Pumps are out of receipt paper. Wait in line of 16 people just to get a gas receipt. Only one clerk behind counter at 445pm when folks are going home from working all day.Don’t waist your time at Circle K and the same at most locations throughout NW Ga.

Typically the fountain drink area is neglected Today at one location Coke and Pepsi was out And regularly the cheese and chili dispensers for nachos are out

The subway may be good, but the Circle K employees and management themselves is awful. Many accounts of being rude and unfriendly. One of my friends was recently wrongly treated here and I personally will never go back. I know many who have been saying that they won't be back for a while now. Don't blame them one bit. What happened to my friend was the last straw.

Do not use your miles reward card there. They do not except it but will take your money give no receipt and tell you to use the kangaroo gas station down the street. Since when is kangaroo and circle k the same. Very poor customer service and training.
