The pharmacy is horrible, rude and incompetent. I went back twice and they still didn't get it right. However, the employees and management in the front of the store are competent and helpful.

Very friendly! Pharmacist was very knowledgeable and met all my needs. This CVS, has always been my go to CVS. They've earned a 5 star review for over 20 years of wonderful service! Thank you, CVS!!

I don't see why why whole pharmacy closes for an hour for lunch you cant even make pick ups during this time I came from out of town was 5 min after they closed for lunch and no one not even a clerk. This is bs publix is cheaper

Me and my wife have gotten all of our medicines at this pharmacy for several years. But NO MORE. Several times lately they have had to order a medicine, or tell me that they don't know when they'll have it. The final straw was a few days ago when their computer system was not able to bill any insurance companies to cover the persons medicine. I asked how long it will be before it's fixed, she said she has no idea. My wife needed that particular medicine that day because she was completely out. So I ended up paying the full price out of my pocket for the medicine. I understand that it wasn't her fault that the computer system was down, but that was the last straw of many at this pharmacy. I went right then and had all of my prescriptions and my wife's prescriptions transferred to the closest Walgreens.

I had called ahead and they never told me that they didn’t have my daughter antibiotic. Then I wait in line and I have also some ear plugs to purchase and when I waited and told the lady ok well I will just pay for these she told me to take it up front that I couldn’t pay for them back there. She told me she has a line. I waited myself and don’t think that was good customer service.

My disabled son who can barely walk with a walker went to get his medicine at CVS on 911 Shorter Avenue. He was treated very badly by the man who claimed to be the Store Manager Austin Morris. He was a blonde headed young man. He was extremely rude to him. While my son was trying to talk to him he kept interrupting him over and over because he did not want to fool with talking to him. After the Manager thought he hung up the phone he called my son an "a**hole"". My son was still on phone and you could hear the "Store Manager" discussing my son with a woman who originally answered the phone and talking about how customers are just so much trouble and require to much stroking to keep them happy. My son has reported computer problems to the Manager before who was not this Austin guy and evidently they had not done anything about it. He only wanted to be listened to as he suffers from PTSD, depression, Anxiety, and Panic Attacks, and this manager caused him to have a panic attack because he was so rude to him. When you work in retail you need to be compassionate, kind, considerate, respectful and mature no matter what maintain professionalism . This Store Manager as he claims to be ,Austin Morris obviously lacks all these qualities. I would advise and request a boycott of this CVS at 911 Shorter Avenue until this Austin Morris aka the Store Manager is replaced. I have already went to another Pharmacy my self. Spread the word. Customers deserve better treatment than this. Kindness was greatly lacking here. He came home so upset and having an attack. My son also moved all of his too. There are several great pharmacies near this store such as Avery Drug, Walgreens, Walmart,metformin. I know CVS cannot reply to this because of privacy or Hippa which would violate his legal rights and mine but I wanted the public to know this is a store that needs to be boycotted until this guy is gone. He seems to be a bad apple and will ruin the whole store group which was pretty nice up until this point. People will follow the actions of their leaders and this will lead this store down the wrong path.

The employees are always helpful and answer questions. The drive thru can be a bit busy at times but I don't mind! I enjoy going here to shop, use my coupons, and get my medicine.

This is the nicest CVS I've ever been to. I couldn't find what I was looking for and the associate was kind enough to help me out! 10/10 customer service!

My sister needed a prescription filled, she just had chemo and left and went to cvs, she had colostomy surgery a week before, they said it would be 2 hour wait, I explained her situation and even told them she also has an almost1 1/2 hour ride home, they had an attitude and act like they didn't even care. So we waited, we had no choice, 3 hours later it was finally done, this is so sad,

Justin was super helpful today! I had trouble finding a brush and bowl hair dying set and told him about it and he immediately ran back there and grabbed it. He knew exactly where it was! And a price was incorrectly rung up and I pointed it out and he fixed it after checking the correct price. He was super efficient and helped me save a good bit of money. I got a whole bunch of cosmetic supplies for $15. Great job dude!
