Nice job, great timing, no playing around like I just experienced at Mavis, I felt like they were playing around to much, I had a 2 o'clock appointment at Mavis and at 3:45 I was still waiting for them to do a simple job of balancing, and rotation and I was purchasing new tires, Mavis lost out on $350.00, Great job Discount Tire, me and mom really appreciate your honesty, hard work and professionalism, now she can drive with a piece of mind!

Ordered a set of tires for my son’s truck over the phone told the guy what size and brand he said no problem and called me the next day and told me they were in. I told him that it would be Saturday before I could get there and he said that would be fine. We arrive a few minutes before my appointment and the guy seems to be a manager or something he was wearing a red shirt different from everybody else. He tells me he can’t sale me the tires because his computers says they will not fit my truck. Well I have the exact same tires on the truck already. So needless to say I won’t be going back there or recommending them to anyone.

My husband and I were in a panic and 5.5 hours from home after a mountain trip. Something was very wrong with my tires which are pretty new. We amazingly got to Discount Tire and Jacob Spicer the manager happened to be the one that met us when we walked in. He was AMAZING! My tires had been rotated by a dealership and the front tires were way too big to be in the front and had pretty much “shredded” because of the friction. Jacob was able to put on 2 brand new tires for us within the hour. He knew we had a far drive home. I can’t say enough about this service shop and the management. The shop was also very clean and very professional. Thank you Discount Tire and Jacob! We will be suing Discount Tire from now on in Savannah Ga!

We had a blow out on our newly purchased rv that did damage to the undercarriage. We called at 3pm explaining our predicament and they agreed to assist us. We arrived and refreshed the situation and they explained that they would stay later than closing at 5pm to make sure that we were safe on the road. As they replaced all four tires they showed evidence that the tires were out dated dry rotted, cracked and ready to follow the first failed tire in short time. Our safety was their utmost importance and priority as they pointed out problems and our steps forward to get us safely back on the road though Atlanta Macon. This vendor is worth working with for your tire needs.

The absolute best!!!I went here for a tire repair. Every person I spoke to was super helpful, the wait time was really short, they did a thorough job and it was all FREE.I tried to leave a tip on credit card but they couldn’t take it.I could not recommend this place more. I will go there for all my tire needs.Thank you!!

We blew a tire on our way to Huntsville and saw there was a discount tire in Rome. We have run flat tires so we called and they said they would take care of us. They absolutely did! Tire couldn't be repaired and they didn't have a run flat to put on but they put a comparable tire on and ordered the correct tire to be sent to our discount tire at home then called them to tell them the situation. Basically we used the tire all weekend then went to our store Monday and traded it for the right tire. Made a frustrating and potentially disastrous situation just a minor inconvenience. Would absolutely recommend them.

A huge shoutout to Cory, the manager at Discount tire's Turner McCall location. As always he took care of me, hooking me up with the best tires at the best price. On today's visit the "jalopy", my 96 Jeep with 245,000 miles, got a new set of tires that look awesome. I use discount tire exclusively for all the vehicles in my collection, both exotic and military.

This is the place! I had a tire that needed a hole plugged The associate evaluated the safety level of the tire, repaired it. NO CHARGE! He charged zero! Who can beat that level of service? Totally impressed.
