Can't complain about this hotel. The price is right. Could use a little more TLC, but overall, my experience was pleasant. Was able to sleep perfectly fine, and I felt comfortable.

First room we could not stay in as it reeked of Cat Pee! Had the front desk girl smell the room, she agreed. She went to a lot of trouble to get me another room. Still didnt smell great but waayy better than the Pee Room. She was a very sweet girl. Room was clean but the bed was soooooo lumpy! You could definitely tell where people lay as the dip was so bad it kind of hugged you (yuck) Curtains were nasty! Its a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for, I just needed a quick place to stay. This worked. Huddle House/Waffel House was right next door so that was easy for breakfast as there was none made available at the hotel.

The girl working the office when I checked in was very nice and helpful when asked questions about places to go. The hallway smelled heavily of stale skunk mixed with some type of weird spice. The actual room smelled like mildew. The bathroom floor and corners of the room had mold and were stained. The bed comforter was stained. Looked for other nearby hotels but they were booked for a festival and it was very late so we stayed anyway. I wish we had just gone back home after waking up to bedbugs. I reported it to the couple at the front desk and was informed that they have workers in and out all the time and no one had told them before so it must not be true. Stay away from room 114.

We stay here for tennis tournaments every time we come. It's clean, close to the location, and this time the stale smell was gone. It serves it's purpose...

I stayed here over the weekend because my friend and I visited for Imagine Festival. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive or an 8 mile ride (at the Kingston Downs). Our hotel was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. We didn't have a vehicle, but the hotel seems to have a plethora of parking. I think not having a car was a bit of a challenge for us because nothing is really walking distance. We had to wait long periods of times for ride-shares. Once we were able to find a ride, we made sure to add stops. The front desk has business cards for (private) vehicle pickup services but they wanted to charge me $96 for a round trip that was about 6 miles up the street. No go. It's also next to a diner type restaurant called Huddle House which has some amazing breakfast options.

The rooms are clean. The beds are clean. The self laundry was clean. Service gets 4 stars because the guy at the front desk has no sense of humor and is a little rude.We only spent one night.Rooms: 5 stars for cleanliness.Safety: 5 stars because all the entrances to the rooms are on the inside.

Room smelled bad, beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the sheets had stains on them. It was at least affordable though with a good location, and felt safer than other hotels because there is no way to get in the building without a room key.

I don't know about everyone elses experience, but my room was clean. Little dimly lit and kind of smelled like paint. The front desk staff was unplesent like she had been up all night and needed sleep.

Everything is clean. We got a smoking room, because it was the only thing they had and haven't smelt any smoke at all. Very pleased. Front desk staff is very nice! However, the only bad thing I have to say is (has nothing to do with the staff or hotel) the people next door to us are LOUD and have been banging on everything since about 11:00pm. Our little girl is trying to sleep, constantly hearing beats and bangs on the walls and maybe jumping on the bed have almost made it impossible...

I really don’t think I could say enough about Kelly.I was booked for a 5 night stay at another hotel but unfortunately I didn’t feel safe.I called econolodge and reached Kelly and she already made me feel so welcomed just over the phone! I booked through booking.com and arrived the next day.Because I and my friend are rather young, Kelly made sure to tell us where the parking lot camera was, so we would feel safe. She also made sure to put us in a room farther away from the sports team that was staying there. My grandma and uncle ended up staying the night on the last night of our trip, and Kelly helped me book the perfect room for my grandma who uses a walker! The room I stayed in was super clean and nice. Hardwood linoleum flooring plus a plastic wrap on the pillows before the pillow cases made everything feel super clean! No weird smells either. The beds were comfy and the linens were clean. The bathroom was spotless as well. In order to enter the hotel to get to the rooms, you have to use your keycard, and I appreciate that extra security.Kelly, if you’re reading this, thank you so so so much again! You truly did make us feel safe and welcomed and that’s more than I could ever ask for!
