Getting my iPhone 13 Pro Max screen replaced at Gadgets was a breeze, thanks largely to Jesse! I confirmed they had the screen before heading over, which was great. Jesse was incredibly efficient and started the repair right away. What really stood out was his friendly demeanor and how he clearly explained everything. You could genuinely tell he loves what he does and enjoys connecting with customers.

The lady that was there was super nice and ready to help. I had a piece of a charger lodged in my airpod charging port and she got it out within 2 minutes and charged me nothing. 10/10 recommend them for anything you may need repaired.

This place is such a scam. My husband and I came here so he could get a new phone case. He found one and it said on the box that it came with a screen protector. We opened it and it wasn’t in the box. The sales associate went to the back to see if he could find one and he couldn’t. So he knocked $10 off the phone case which was nice of him. We went to Walmart and he bought a screen protector. After he put it on he put the phone case on and it was too big. We drove back and asked to return it and it turns out they don’t do returns; they only do store credit. Really?! That is beyond ridiculous!!! It wasn’t our fault that the screen protector wasn’t in the box and there was a sign stating that they don’t allow you to try cases on your phone until after you pay for them because of COVID. Seriously? COVID was almost 4 years ago! How do you even know that it’s going to fit your phone? So basically they take your money and if something doesn’t work right they make you use store credit on something that you didn’t even come there for. This is not right and I will be telling everyone to avoid this place because all they will do is trick you into spending money on something that doesn’t work and you won’t get your money back. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
