Run away from this bank! We built our house using this bank for a construction loan. We had lumber going through the roof, Covid19, and supply chain problems to deal with. Dealing with this bank was the worst part. The communication is only through email. Ask 2 questions and you only get one answered. Also they would tell us one thing and then do another. For example the money to pay your subcontractor will be available in 4 days and it took a month. The Just a few examples of the multiple problems we had. They either can't do the job correctly or they lie. Either is not acceptable when dealing with someone's home for their family and hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Literally been waiting there 15 minutes. We just don’t understand how could a bank work like this. Even it’s Saturday doesn’t mean that we have nothing else to do but wasting time on such a nonsense waiting.

I had been with Bank of America for over a decade when I decided to switch to a local bank, and I wish I would have done it over a decade ago. The automatic utility payments, transferring of data, etc., was far easier than I had imagined it would be. I love banking locally, and I will never go back to any of the mega-banks or investment banks, with the familiar names we all know.My account is also more secure than it was with Bank of America, which had been stolen from multiple times. The online interface is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Very poor. Every time we can or email about a pre approval we always get the same answer. “We will know by tomorrow, we will call you”They never call. They never give us updates. Very rarely can we ever speak to the person we need cuz they never answer their phone. Overall completely disappointed with the service.

I used to be a big fan of this bank until I was told incorrect information and wouldn't even be credited for one fee as a courtesy. Even the big and unfriendly banks like Wells Fargo would have refunded a fee as a one time courtesy. If local decisions at a local bank are worse than the big banks, then this is definitely one to stay away with. I used to recommend them to everyone. Now I'm going to close out my account and move to another local bank. I highly recommend staying away. Even their notification system doesn't work unless you log in to the account. Their interest rates are abysmal. One can also see that in several categories this bank is under-performing the national average except in the area of profitability. Check out where they fall short on the website bankrate.com.
