We’ve been extremely disappointed with the level of customer service we’ve received the last 6 times at both stores in Rome. While shopping for shoes, no associates approached us to see if we needed to try on a pair. Our most recent trip, we started at the Martha Berry location. We had to approach the associate and ask for help. Based on service, we left and tried the other location on Turner McCall. We had to approach them at the counter, as well. They, on the other hand, were more friendly and helpful.

Seems like a great group of kids...but could use some training...when I asked where the small shirts and sweats were for 5 to 6 year old boys...they said sure and pointed to the back of the store.When I found something for my little nephew...I went up to pay. Very polite at register though

Very easy to purchase on-line. Shipping was sooner than expected. I had to make a return due to me getting a size too big and was able to go to this store location for an easy exchange. The store was clean, the staff was knowledgeable and very kind. I was in and out with my new size. Great customer service.
