I purchased a kitchenaid dishwasher, gas cook top, microwave and wall oven combination, fisher pulley refridgetator, whirlpool built under counter ice maker, exhaust hood, bosch washer and dryer with bottom drawers, and a kitchen sink disposal as well as the sink itself. And the wall oven combination has decided to not work at all. Really. Nothing lights up on the control panel. And i call to ask for some help and keep getting on burnside service. Then I get put on hold and burnside picks up. after a few rounds f this take wasting madness I finally get home appliance employee who hangs up on me when I tell her I need a repair. I'm going to replace this appliance from Home Depot. Because you all suck at service.

We went to Lowes to buy deadbolts. The ones we wanted are the ones you rekey at home. I asked if they would do it for us and she said no you do that yourself. Explained that I have arthritis and my husband has vision problems and we can’t do it ourselves. She replied sorry you have to do it yourself. Went to Home Depot and got the same locks (cheaper too). Asked if they would rekey for us. They said no problem be happy to do it!

If there was less than 1 star, or a negative star I would choose that... I placed an on-line order, to be picked up at Lowes Rome GA (Shorter Avenue) in early January, 2023. There was some concern about the quantity of item (shelf boards) and what was in stock, versus what would be re-stocked. I spoke with a customer service person about this, and he recommended placing two orders, which would force a re-stock, or some such "magic". When we first went to pick up the order, there was NOTHING at the service desk, even though I had received a text and e-mail regarding picking up my order, on January 4, 2023. I never did pick anything up, and received the usual round of texts and e-mail reminders, ending with the "final chance before order canceled" on January 9, 2023. All this time, there were "PENDING" charges on my credit card. Meanwhile, my husband found a suitable substitute in the Lowes store, bought it, and finished our project. The "PENDING" charges sat all of January and most of February... on the morning of February 23, 2023 I received texts and e-mails "Thanking" me for picking up my orders! I immediately called Lowes corporate customer service, spoke to HOLLY, and was told that was "normal" and the way Lowes cleared unfulfilled orders from its system. WTF! She said the charges on my card, if they went through, would be credited. The next day, those charges did, indeed, go through on my credit card. I contested them with my card company, and called the Lowes Rome GA store customer service. I spoke to NEIL, who listened to my story and said I would need to speak to ANDREA. She was in a meeting but would call me back. This was on Friday afternoon, February 24, 2023. No call back... I called Lowes Rome GA again on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, spoke to a woman at customer service and asked for Neil or Andrea. Neither was available, but someone would call me back. No call back... I trust my card company to handle the dispute, as they have handled a few for me in the years I have been with them.

This place is a joke. Terrible customer service. They don't want to help customers if you call they just puthold for 25 minutes and never pick up the phone. Or they pick it up just to put you back on hold. Ridiculous!! Paid for a brand new grill and then when called was told it was ready and it was not ready. And they threw a sticker on the dirty, paint missing on the cover grill and tried to say it was the new. Got my money back! Will never do business here again!

I wish I could give negative stars for this place. I have been trying for months to get a quote for window replacement and now have been trying to get a dishwasher repaired that is currently covered under the Lowe's Protection Plan. I have Lowe's employees and their installers to my house several times to get measurements and look at things. I have yet to actually get a final quote even though I have asked for and been told it was coming multiple times. As far as the dishwasher repair, I have called the protection plan number a total of 12 times in three weeks and chatted online and via text with their representatives for a total of 5-6 hours of wasted time and still cannot get the service scheduled. It seems everyone wants to shift blame to the next person down the line instead of actually helping resolve the problem. Maybe a BBB complaint for the lack of protection plan can bring some resolution since I have already paid for it.

I went there today for a qt of paint to be color matched. No one was in the paint department and there was already one customer standing at the counter waiting for someone to show up. He said that customer service employees told him that they would get someone over there 10 minutes earlier. Since the customer service desk is right across from the paint counter I asked them about paint counter help to which some blue haired kid shouted across the aisle that they were working on that. There was 3 of them standing around in customer service doing nothing but talking. I waited 5 minutes more and asked again and blue haired kid said snotty we are still working on that. So after waiting 20 minutes for someone to show up now 2 other customers and myself left. Worst service ever poor customer service skills and just plain lazy employees especially the one with blue hair. I give them 1 star cause the sliding doors were the only thing that works there.

Better than home Depot but nobody offered to help with loading 4 sheets of plywood, another customer helped.Everyone seemed more interested in their smartphones.

had lowe's put n an central a/c unit at my home. however they removed my practically brand new furnace in the process! of course we asked not to be charged for 'their' mistake n furthermore we should not have to pay the labor for the furnace installation. my husband refused to sign the paperwork for the job n the supervisor was ghosting us. we have asked 3 times for an itemized bill n have yet to get one. fast forward today 3 mths. later we are now considering contacting an attorney.

Don't expect prompt delivery. They don't keep their appointments and don't call when they are not coming. Very dissastisfied with such poor customer service. They have delayed my delivery date another 3 days .

They should carry parts for the brands they carry. Bought a Hunter ceiling fan and our current down rod didn't fit the new fan. Went back to purchase a new rod and they don't carry any Hunter accessories.

If you're actually looking for knowledgeable people to assist in a home improvement project, the associates at this particular Lowe's are a lot of help. Anywhere from window treatments to dry wall, they know what they're talking about and will help you enthusiastically in your quest to not break the bank and get the job done. Leaps and bounds better than any other "home improvement" store you'll find in this drab little town. Kudos to Lowe's!
