The moment I called them to when I arrived and being serviced, they have been so friendly. Not only did they replace my auto window the very next morning but their prices were less expensive as well. I have known this family for many years. It was pleasure to be quoted a price and a delivery time and everything goes so smooth..not only did I get OEM glass but didn't pay much more than cheap aftermarket glass price. They earned my business. I will always trust my glass needs to Mitchell Glass

These people are AWESOME! I had front door glass installed but asked a question about the rear door. The glass guy stopped and took the time to answer my question and even asked if I got it. That he would actually do what I was already asking. My first time there but I continue to go back. I've used another glass guy in Rome but no more. Mitchell's is the only glass place for me.

Very helpful all though they weren't able to order my glass for my ?. They did replace my windshield sever months ago in a timely manner.
