We usually only visit because of Belk, and Buckle. Maybe Dunham's but less often than Buckle. There are several vacant spots. Even on the busiest days and times (e.g. Black Friday) it's not crowded, not even busy really. I don't know how they keep the place open, but please don't take away our Buckle and Belk. I'd hate to have to drive into Kennesaw for my Buckle fix.

I’ve always always always loved the mall! I grew up going to this mall. I took my child to see Santa Clause on Monday, when we arrived he wasn’t at his chair, but there was also no kids. I tried calling the mall to see where he was and they told me to wait 5 mins. When him and his photographers came up they didn’t even let me or my kid get ready for a picture. His photographer started taking pictures of us while I’m trying to fix our hair and then made us pay $53 for a bundle of pictures they took while I wasn’t ready. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. my child’s first experience was not good. My child said the photographers yelling at her to smile made her nervous. Y’all need to get yourself together or find another job.

This mall has the essential stores that people would go to, however, even though they disguise it with walls covered in advertisements, you can tell there is a lot of space behind those walls that could have another store there. They definitely need to draw more stores and restaurants here. It feels very empty. But what they have is pretty good if you don't plan to be there all day. It's also very clean in appearance. Overall, this is a mall that you can go in and out of pretty easily.

I remember when I was a teenager the mall was one of the big places to hangout; from the arcade, carousel, restaurants, toy store, 99¢ store, no vacant spot because a store was in each store lot, vendors in the middle of the mall, at Christmas the big tree that choruses filled to sing Christmas carols, lines packed of kids from newborn-to kiddies at heart to see Santa and the Easter Bunny, Trick or Treating, Black Friday sales, and much more. It was so popular back then that field trips were even took to the mall. It's sad to see it the way it is now, when it used to be so full of life. ::tears::

Honestly I don't know how this place stay open. I'm pretty sure Chick-fil-A is caring this whole mall on it back. 90% clothing stores, they hide all their empty stores with weird history lessons boards of Rome that seems a little sus from a PoC point of view.

Ahhh the Mount Berry Mall. To me and the kids who grew up in the Rome/Cedartown/Rockmart area, this is more than just another abandoned, slowly decaying mall. It’s a slowing decaying one story building of memories. The first feeling of true freedom, as we ventured more than 15 minutes away from home for the first time. The first time in the back of a Spencer’s. The first time buying a Hot Topic band T-shirt. The first of many things happened at this decrepit warehouse for us small town kids. For the outsider however…This is the worlds WORST mall. You get about 8 stores in total to explore. The food court has about 6 options to choose from. The building is so empty it might as well be a set for the walking dead. Seriously dude, just go to Town Center at Cobb. It’s worth the extra drive. However… the one secret benefit to going to a mall undergoing rigor-mortis is… THE SALES! Every store is desperately trying to sell as much stock as possible before the inevitable collapse of the mount berry economy. I recommend Hot Topic if you’re looking for a steal and a deal. Not only will the employees salute you for shoplifting as a protest against capitalism, but there is a buy one get TWO free clearance isle. I got a pair of earrings, socks, and slippers for $10. If you’d like to see my sexy calves in my kawaii socks, please see below. Also the men’s bathroom soap dispenser makes a hilarious noise which is worth the drive alone.

Mount Berry Mall is okay, but it definitely doesn't have much to offer compared to what it used to. Hull Property Group ripped out any tile or fountain this mall used to have, now its just carpet and drywall. Definitely better than the Mall at Dalton though, that one is a similar story.

Spencers is a cool store here in the mall and they even have a food court. I enjoy just walking around here. Every store I went in the people were always nice.

The place has changed a lot since I was last here. They still have Maurice’s which is the reason I came today. This Maurice’s has a little girl section!

COVID hit everybody hard including the mall. Ever since, the mall just hasn't felt the same since. There are still plenty of stores to look through and restaurants to eat at so if you are near, definitely go in for a bit
