“Our 2016 Ford explorer had a support bracket come loose on the third row seating. I did not know if it had broken or not. We stopped by to possibly get part order before bringing in for repair. The service writer on the desk came out to look at it and determined it had only came out of slot. He repaired it on the spot! This solidified my use of quick lane .”

“I pull in, they tell where to pull up, they come soon to my window, check me in and take my key. I get a text alert that I have been checked in. I got into Walmart and wait or shop. I get text alerts throughout the time telling when the work has started and their progress. They text when it's ready. The attendant at the desk lets me know how low my oil was and any issues like missing caps and such. I pay her (depending on the oil I chose, the price is higher). Mine is about $50 for Quaker full synthetic 0W20 for a change (5 quarts and a filter). I can wait inside and they will bring me the key or meet them out front. I have never had any issues with the oil change and it's great service!!”
“On my way to work, I had a flat tire. I called the Walmart Auto Center to see if they had a tire in stock and to see if they could fit me in. Gary was so professional in a friendly calming way. It wouldn't be a problem and he felt he could get me to work on time. Carmen had my paperwork done in a flash and Anthony not only hustled to get the tire fixed, he did quality control to make sure it was safe for the road. I made it with a half hour to spare. You guys rock! I'm telling Walmart and your manager that you were all awesome. Thank you.”

They saw I had my dog with me and offered me a chair outside just so my dog could enjoy a cool morning. Job well done guys.”
