DO NOT!!! I repeat DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop. This place is a complete disaster from start to finish. If you care even remotely about your vehicle, take it ANYWHERE else.

I made a massive mistake bringing my car here for some relatively simple work. What should have taken less than a week dragged out for months. I tried to be understanding considering I’ve worked in shops before, so I know things happen but that is an understatement.
It’s comical that the only way to get in touch with them is by email. No phone calls, no updates, And when I finally did reach out, I was given the same excuse over and over “we couldn’t get to it today.” For three straight weeks, I was told “the windshield will be installed tomorrow, and it’ll be ready for pick up.” Then radio silence. I ended up driving my car off the lot without a windshield I was so fed up.
The final straw was when I stopped by to check on the so-called “progress” and found my brand new Corbeau leather seats and freshly installed carpet absolutely trashed. Covered in metal shards, grinding dust, broken wheel fragments, and even welding spatter. No masking. No seat covers. No basic shop etiquette. Just total disregard.
They treated my car like absolute garbage.
I could honestly write a book about everything wrong with this place but here’s the short version:
If you value your time, your money, and your car… RUN. Don’t walk. RUN the other direction.

I wouldn’t suggest performance concepts to anyone. Take your vehicle to a different shop in Rome that takes better care of customers and vehicles.

I took my car here and regretted it immediately. Dishonest pricing takes FOREVER and quality of work is poor. Take your car somewhere else.

If you want your heart and wallet broken at the same time with a side dose of being sick at your stomach… look no further. We took a ‘79 Camaro Z28 to get a paint job on 12/04/24. We were told many promises but I guess the one about doing a great job and having it back by Christmas was enough to make you start to wonder. On 01/24/25 the car was “ready”. Oh …. but it wasn’t what was discussed and the paint job is something an amateur could have done and maybe did. So many delays. So many added on expenses. This shop may pat themselves on the back for a job well done but it would be more deserved if their leg was long enough to kick their own butt. My husband is just sick about the way the car looks, or rather- the way it doesn’t look. I called and talked to the owner after we got home with the car and was assured that my husband had a perfect car! Noooo…. I said. If he’s heartsick then who is it perfect for?! When the car was dropped off it didn’t have an oil leak but guess what! It does now. Priced the cost of this repair lately? My husband went multiple trips to check on his “baby” and lots of those times the car was just sitting. Nothing going on. At all. Many promises made. None kept. For what he stuck my husband for we could have had several vehicles painted and yes… my husband was very clear about what he wanted to spend. Double that price and add a pretty penny more. I hate this so bad for my husband. This has absolutely made him sick at his stomach and just took all the joy from something that he had looked forward to for years- buying a muscle car and get a decent paint job, and enjoy it to the fullest. Not!
Idk how ppl sleep at night that do ppl this way but I would almost bet… like a baby. Sad but true story.

A JOKE OF A GARAGE. Sent my Audi A4 there paid 4k for a motor. And they ripped all my wiring out. Kept telling me my car had water damage. When that was a lie. Carfax all my car was in perfect condition besides jumping time. All just cause they have no clue how to even change a car motor. If I could give 0 stars I would. I had to call the police just to just to let them allow me to see my car. I had to tow it out of there. With multiple places damaged on the outside and the car half taken apart. This was after the kept charging me to fix things they messed up and had me car for almost a year. Worst garage in Rome. The lady up front was to busy on the phone talking about keeping her grandkids for 20 minutes every time you walk in and they will ignore you until they feel like Messing with you. And when I said something about seeing my car they tried to intimidate me by bringing out all the mechanics to try and scare me. This place is a cesspool of bad attitudes and people. Not one person there knows anything about cars. I wouldn’t trust the to air my tires. A joke of a garage.

This place is horrible, car mart of Rome has sent my Ford there twice each time they remove perfectly good parts and replaced them with cheap aftermarket parts. This last time I had just had. My starter replaced they replaced it and said they forgot I wanted it back so I couldn't get my refund for the starter and the one they put it my car ridiculous

OK so I dropped my car off with these guys thinking I had a bad turbo. They lied and said it was a bad turbo to reinforce my claim. I went and bought some aftermarket turbos for the car. The car had been sitting for months at this point. I brought the aftermarket turbos in. Instead of rerouting the tubes this guy decided he had to Shave down part of the engine with a grinder for some reason. After the car had sit there for a year. I came and picked it up and took it to a professional they had it up and running with a freshly built engine in less than 2 months. This guy has no clue on anything outside like 70s cars with carbs. There is a reason why there are 50 cars parked outside. It's because he can't fix them.

Gave a very reasonable quote for an electrical diagnosis with my vehicle, and did a quick and efficient job on transmission diagnosis and repair. I 100% recommend using it shop.

TERRIBLE! Absolute WORST place to bring your vehicle too. Honestly don't think any of these guys are real mechanics to begin with. They might as well make a car payment for me since they've had my vehicle for MONTHS!
