These folks really care about their clients and the animals. If they don’t have a product they immediately send you to the nearest competitor where you can find it. Job well done. Thanks for the help.

Went today to get our dog groomed. We presented an official certification for rabies. The groomer stated she did not know if she could take it since it was handwritten. She even made the comment that anyone could fill that out. She checked and came back and refused to complete the service. It would not have been so bad if they had not accepted the same certificate previously and groomed our dog. The sign on the wall on the office stated rabies certifications must be in writing and a tag is not verification. They are inconsistent with their procedures.
