Even Better The Staff Are Very Friendly, Kind, Patient And I Appreciate That Because I Always Have Moments Where I Need Help And They Are Always There For Me. Last But Not Least The Delivery Man He's Great I Absolutely Love Seeing Him We Always Cut Up About All My Animals He's Dependable When It Comes To Getting Your Medicine Delivered.

“I really love this pharmacy. Everyone is very courteous and professional. Drive through is very handicap ready meaning if you can't walk for any reason you can always sit in your car at the window and wait for your prescription to be filled....but they also do it for anyone as well. They always let me know when my insurance will cover my meds if I forget when I last got it filled and don't have bottle on hand plus unlike some bigger drugstore chains, they always give me one of my medications in full when I've had bigger drugstores never keep it fully in stock. Thanks Avery.....my mom used you when I was a kid, now I'm using you as an adult....One of Rome's longest providing Drugstores!!!!! Yall are Awesome!!?”

My goodness, what a breeze. Dr. Office sent the order yesterday, was filled and ready when I stopped by at 10a today.
My concern prior was what the costs will be there instead of the major players. I was so surprised I forgot to ask if they accept Good Rx.
I am used to 3 day waits for meds to finally get filled. This pharmacy reminds me of one I used in a small town I lived in back in Michigan. Knowledgeable, friendly, and still knows what customer service truly is.

“This is the best pharmacy I've ever used. My Mother started using them several years ago and when I started picking up her medications, I was shocked by how much better the customer service was than Kroger. I had to use Kroger because they were cheap and I didn't have medication insurance. Soon as I got insurance, I changed to GMC and I am so very happy!!! I really appreciate their phenomenal customer service. The grocery store is just as amazing. We just don't have many locally owned, community businesses left and this one is one of the absolute best.”

“Recently visited this location for COVID vaccine . Very warm and organized experience. Daughter and I received top shelf professional assistance . Had to make two trips to complete the process(two shots). Each trip we had great customer service . Had to travel a 30 minutes to get there and didn't know what to expect. I'd travel 30 minutes again and again for that level of customer service. Thank you so much pharmacy and store team.”
“I have been doing business with Divyo for almost 2 years now and I love all the girls there! They are friendly and caring! One time my medicine got sent 3 states away and even though it wasn't their fault it was USPS they still got in contact with them and informed them that it was important to get their customer's medication back on track. Shipping isn't their fault, they send it and whatever happens after FedEx or USPS gets it is their responsibility not Divyo! Thank you staff for being top notch!”

“No problems with pharmacy or staff. Very accommodating. Always has meds needed. Fills prescriptions very fast. But pharmacy app on phone for scanning script refills does not currently work. You have to type in scrip number on phone. Scanning used to work great! But for Last few weeks hasn't worked at all!”
“I have been going to this pharmacy for many years & at one time had to change because of insurance. Been to so many pharmacies in Rome Georgia & none like this one on Shorter avenue. I was so happy & blessed to be able to go back. I had even been to to the 24 hour one & it was like night & day difference. The one on Shorter has Mary & Jeanette as the Pharmacist and they are the best in this town! They actually really care & take the time to get to know you & also look out for you. I have severe antipyhlatic reactions, they are always caring, looking out for me & they don't make me feel like a number like other places. I see people complaining about the wait time but, if you think about it's because they are flooded because so many people want to go there. I would rather wait longer any day & have top notch care. Even the people that work with them are always friendly , personable & care. I hope thye all get recognition & good raises because they work hard & care so they deserve it! Thanks to all of you for really caring 😍💞”

“This store was far superior to the one in my city. The one where I live said they were out of stock of the med I needed for my daughter that can’t breathe and needed her nebulizer and told me I would have to wait for the next shipment instead of offering to send somewhere else. I asked for it to be sent to Rome and she told me they weren’t picking up. She said she would try again later and call and let me know when they have it. I wasn’t waiting around bc I know how my location is - SLOW! So I called them myself and the lady answered immediately and told me no one called them but not to worry, she will get it filled. They were so helpful with THAT and with helping me get proper meds and dosage from the pharmacist for cough meds for my toddler.”

“I frequently shop here for myself and i also frequently shop here when i door dash. All the employees are so helpful. A lot of places dont want to help door dashers locate items, but their employees are wonderful to us. I want to specifically mention the young man that works nights that has long, blond hair. I wish i had gotten his name. He is always so helpful and kind. Just last night i watched him dealing with a very complicated issue with another customer. I got frustrated just watching everything he was having to do to solve their issue, but he stayed so professional and was so nice to the couple he was helping through the entire process. That is an employee that you really want to keep. We dont see many as professional and nice as he is anymore. I really appreciate his wonderful attitude”
“I went in to add money to my card and I was so tired I couldn't figure out how to get to the part they needed so they helped me and added the money with no problem I told CHRISTIAN the young man who helped me thank you so much. He replied no problem it was my pleasure and that made me smile cause he has no clue that I had been up working all night and almost all day thanks for having good people that want to work and be so very kind Walgreens in Rome Ga near the hospital.”

“A very friendly store... They have a great beautiful selection of meat to get.. if you have never been in this store you have got to stop and look at ther're meat. So fresh , so pretty and omg you want cook anything tough from here!! The best cubesteak I've ever cooked! Oh and I picked up some chicken legs they have under the heating lamp and mmmm perfection!! Thanks GMC for bringing a smile to my face not just for the good food but the friendly staff as well!!”
