Absolutely awful, I went in there because they were charging me late fees when their system had a issue. I didn't want to go to this gym anymore so they told me my subscription was cancelled and it was not!! Never got over $50 in fees refunded or my membership cancelled. They even disconnected the phone so you can't speak to anyone unless in person. Stay away from this place such a scam!!!

Cleanliness is top notch. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It’s always a peaceful workout at the Rome location.

Employees are friendly. Plenty of different fitness equipments to choose from. You can workout at your own pace. Not too overly crowded when I go quick is great. Feel at ease with no one judging you and there are all ages even elderly. KUDOS to anyone that tries!!

Was going to join the Black Card plan, As the add stated, a $1 down will get you started. I went to the gym and talked with a gentleman there and told him the same thing that I would like to join, he stated it would be $23.00 to get started , I told him then that their add is very miss leading

I love planet fitness gyms. I visit many as i travel a lot and this one was no different : very clean, spacious, well organized and the facilities around the gym were kept spotless. Friendly and helpful staff, working extra hard to keep it clean and running smoothly is also part of that postive experience.

I love working out at Planet Fitness. It is clean, cool and not too loud with music. Staff and members observe social etiquette and the environment is very friendly. Paraphernalia is available for purchase also.

I dig the general vibe of the place, man. No other gym I’ve been to has a vibe like that. The climate is always a comfortable temperature, the equipment is always clean, the staff is always friendly, the other people there are always cool and basically everybody just gets along.
