Great service and helpful. They also recommend things to help you easily or to help your money grow if that's what you are looking for. Cards lost or stolen can be replaced easily within the bank, no waiting for the mail. They can help with the business banking and POS ( point of sales ) system. Give them a try and thank me later.

Best bank in Georgia, I live in the country, so having an excellent bank like regions is cool and there are plenty of branches in the south

Great customer service. Chad Gentry was so kind and helpful. He even investigated something for us and let us know he took care of it for us 2 days later. He went above and beyond. Thanks Chad!

I don’t suggest this bank at first it was okay then they start changing policy charging overdraft fee which is fine but when you got your account on no over draft and they still let money come out of your account then Charge you for it. You better of going to another bank... not to mention to build credit with them is ridiculous. And you don’t even get the referral bonus smh.

Hannah was great with helping me getting my business account open but once they seen the black kid bringing in checks bigger than the bank worker's and it's legit money from cleaning company buildings they froze my money. In have had it for over 3 weeks for no reason I've never committed fraud I've never committed a crime in my life so I just want to know why I can't have my money just like everybody else who open a legit business it Christmas Eve I can't get gifts or pay bills because the hold on my money started as it should as normal for the amount the held from Dec 10th to Dec 20th. Now they have released the hold in I still can't get money but it's available also hasn't no fraud reported but these people still want let me withdraw my money. I will be reporting this to the BBB because when I went back Hannah sent me to a different person I truly believe she knew they were going to do this the whole time I been to the bank multiple times even the bank manager acting they do know why they still holding my money in it's been released Regions bank

Too many problems to list!! After a long history of banking with Regions Bank, I am sad to say that this is not a bank to be trusted! I don’t see this bank existing in 5 years. They are clearly having financial difficulties!!!!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. My mother was issued a check from a Medical Institution that could only be cashed at Regions. Because she lost her license, they would not even talk to her. We ordered a new license online, and of course, she found the license once we did so. She returned to Regions with the found license, that she has other IDs she can verify against, with her OWN PHOTO on it. The teller said the license was cancelled, and despite my mother explaining the situation and clearly being the owner of the license, the teller wrote STOP PAYMENT on the check and refused to honor it. DO NOT USE REGIONS. My sister left them this year for a reason. Now we've just confirmed she made the right choice.

Regions Bank is a great bank to do business with. They have a great customer service and friendly staff.Their ATM has improved. You can now cash checks or deposit checks at the Telly machine.

Since Covid-19 causes the lobby to be closed, I dislike going to this location on the weekends. Everyone wants to use the first lane and other 2 lanes are open. This not only causes a traffic back up but someone has to stop doing their job to direct traffic.LikeAnswer

I have used this bank since it changed from AM South. I dislike it so much. I have been divorced since 2002 and they still send my cc and dc to my former last name. I have taken my divorce papers down to the office several times. I dislike that they have now added a 8 dollar fee to checking and if my savings drops below a certain amount the charge. They are nickle and diming there self out of business. I don't like changing banks but ... even if it harms my credit., good bye. The local branch off Hicks drive don't care about Customer Service.
