There’s absolutely no growth with this company. They don’t give yearly raises and you hardly get any hours. Because of that, they can’t keep anyone, including managers. The only thing that they care about is fragrance percentage. Most of the workers just stand and lean against the counter while customers walk around and steal. It’s basically a job for teens and young adults that are just starting out in retail. Don’t work here. It’s not worth it.

I usually like it in the 21, but I'm a big girl and the plus side didn't have much to choose from and it was disorganized terrible, wasn't happy this trip

The Customer service here was great and they even helped me find clothes in their store that was "Woman" age appropriate and not "Teenage". No decent adult woman wants to dress like their 15 year old daughter :)
