Knowledgeable staff, attentive and not hurried. Couldn't have asked for better service. Only problem is that there aren't any seats in the store. Elderly, injured or sick people may not be able to stand to wait their turn.

Very unhelpful employee working on Monday evening. Didn’t want to help or do their job at all. Was given the work around the entire time while trying to get a new phone after mine broke. Said the only phone I could get was the iPhone 15 because he didn’t have time to look through “inventory”. Kept telling me they couldn’t do things without giving any solutions or alternatives. Will never go to this store again and do not recommend to anyone else.

Thank you to the employees at T-Mobile!! Helped a me and a friend trying to switch from another carrier. Had a problem with the sim card and the helped us thankfully!

Do not trust promotions even if customer service, a store rep, and store manger tell you you qualify. Was promised promotional for 3rd line free and free phone would increase my monthly bill from 136 two lines to 168. It went to 335 and some how settled on 208? They said because I went from Nextel to sprint to T-Mobile I don’t qualify for some promotions so the system puts me on a higher plan. You might as well switch from one major company to another every 2 years. A manager told me there is nothing they can do even though it is company error. (Customer service manager) Do not trust that this company will help or give you a proper quote but they will take your money and raise your rates with out your knowledge. Be aware!

Had to buy new phone that was compatible with my new hearing aids. Even though I did not buy the phone at the store or T-Mobile, they transferred the data from my old phone to the new one. An hour long process. Josh did a great job and typified the service I get from T-Mobile. New phone works flawlessly with all my old contacts and apps. Highly recommended.

Thanks to my amazing helper, Jackson, at the Turner McCall location in Rome, GA… I will have service soon. There is a story to this post yet I won’t bore you with the details. Jackson was incredibly patient, professional and provided excellent service. I could not have asked for anything more. Accolades to a stellar tech guy! ?

I just spoke with a young male with short blonde hair at the T moble store in Rome Ga and it was the best internet service experience I have ever had. I work in IT and he knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me exactly what I wanted with no issues! This man needs a raise!

I wouldn't even leave a one star if I had a choice. I went in for a warranty replace that T-Mobile sent to this store, but this store wouldn't swap the device out cause they couldn't get the IMEI of the other device. They wouldn't call T-Mobile to get what they needed. Guy was very ride and said I should keep boxes so I'd have the original packaging and they could check it. Sorry this device is 6 months old and I'm not a pack rat. Also the store was extremely hot, evidently they don't have any air conditioning. I will not go back to this store ever based on how I was treated.

Really great service. The guys, Cody and Jonathan, stuck with us the whole time as we got new internet, upgraded one phone, and ported a number over from another carrier to get a new phone with T-Mobile. Very satisfied and excited for our new service!

Malcolm and Cody were extremely helpful in getting my household account switched from Verizon! We ended up coming back for some additional help (again, a Verizon port issue) and Cody fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Could not ask for a better customer service experience!
