5 people waiting for 1 person working in print pickup. Only needed to drop off package and waited well over 15min with no acknowledgment even!!! When asked how long would she guess it would be so I know if I should wait “said no clue helping a customer” and no one else on this building can help in this area. Poor management Rome Ga staples

Chris and Brenden, managers, are very knowledgeable about Products and my computer needs. I have been to staples several times recently. Renewed my McAfee virus pgm. And bought a new printer as mine was still warrented and Assurian said send it back. I was glad to get points. A sign should be on the front door to remind you to open your Staples app and check for coupons and sales on entry.

I have waited for over 30 minutes for 6 sheets to be laminated. The worker doesn't understand that you can't keep taking care of everyone that walks up before finishing the current job she is working on. Terrible customer service and time management.
