Everytime I place an order through the app, my orders are never finished on time. It is becoming very frustrating that I have to wait at the restaurant for my entire order to be completed right in front of me instead of being able to pick up at my order time. This past time, there were 2 employees working. One could have prepared my order while the other prepared the orders of the patrons coming in to order. I should not have to wait nearly 10 minutes while my entire order is being prepared in front of me as if I just ordered inside the store. Once before, I literally had to wait in line just for them to work on my order when my order should have already been completed upon my arrival. This store is so unorganized and should know that the app orders should not be put on hold while in store orders are being placed. I should not have to keep waiting so long to be able to get my order. It seems the same amount of time is used for my app orders and my in store orders because I am always having to wait long after my pick up time to get my orders. It's extremely frustrating and it makes me not even want to order through the app. I should not have to keep waiting when I arrive on time to get my order. They need to know how to handle app orders or call in orders. These orders should not be put on the back burner while ALL in store orders are prepared first.

Account got hacked. Location refused to give refund, even though hacker who made purchase was still in the store, eating. Don't eat here.

Someone hacked my account and made a purchase at this location. I called to cancel the order right away only to get a panicked cashier saying the person who hacked my account had picked up the order and was sitting in front of her - eating it right now. And she doesn't know what to do. I ended up having to ask the poor girl to "please don't fight that guy" and I'll just call a manager in the morning.After 7 phone calls, a bunch of emails, and even a darn Customer Satisfaction survey, Subway refuses to issue a refund. Apparently not even the managers have the ability to provide a refund. So yeah, learned something about you Subway.
