These is the most incompetent “company†I have ever encountered. They hire random people off the street who do not know what they're doing, they will break your things and try to hide them, and you will be required to do about 20% of the labor unless you want everything in the truck to be broken. I have never encountered more incompetent, careless, obtuse, lazy souls then the idiots who moved my furniture. Their entitlement refusing to do the work they were hired to do was just mind-boggling. Lazy, lazy, lazy. DO NOT HIRE SUTHERLAND MOVING COMPANY. It is not worth the savings – there is a reason that they are the rock-bottom price in Rome. They don't even deserve one star, but that's the lowest rating that can be given.
