Was in the area and needed a shampoo and retwist (I have shoulder length locs) . The service was incredibly slow, she “ shampooed†my hair but did NOT clean my hair. It was still dirty and itchy, the retwist was poorly done and I left with white gunk on top of my hair. My scalp looked dirtier than it did when i got there. Total time spent: 4 hours in the salon and now 3 days later it looks like I need a retwist. Will never go back, do not recommend for natural hairstyles.
