“My mom had a screw in her tire that was causing issues on the day she was scheduled for outpatient surgery. It was an unpleasant hiccup in our schedule, but luckily for us, were were already in Rome, so I dropped her off and got her settled in to the surgery center. Once she was back, I jumped in the truck and drove it down to Bert Brooks Tire. They were super nice and welcoming. They remembered her from her previous purchase, and quickly got me checked in. They were really busy that day, but everyone seemed to be moving along steadily. I only waited about 10 minutes, and they had me ready to go! Great service, very kind people, and the chairs are the most comfortable chairs of any tire shop in the state. ? I made it back to mom in time to pick her up and off we went! Turned out to be a pretty easy day after all.”

“I drove 40 miles to school this morning in awful weather and realized my tire was almost completely flat. I quickly googled places near me to fix tires, and Jim’s is where I chose to go. I’m glad I did! Everyone was friendly, and I was able to wait in my car with the heat on and stay out of this cold, wet weather. They removed my tire, found the leak, and patched it for $25 and in about 35 minutes. Thank you all for your kindness and prompt service!”
