“My husband and I found ourselves in Rome, GA on our motorcycle trip. We pulled into a parking lot to call and make our hotel reservations for our next stop and ran over a huge screw with our back tire. It was almost 5 pm and we went into panic mode. We found Honda of Rome and called. They had a tire for our Goldwing in stock and were willing to put it on even though they were getting close to closing. We limped the bike over to the shop and they were waiting for us. They took our bike in immediately and had the new tire on quickly so we could get back on the road. They were friendly and very helpful. They even hooked our trailer back up to our bike. The very best people who made a difficult situation better! I meant to take a picture of the tire to show y’all what happened but I forgot. Thank you so very much for all you did!!”
“Smith's Auto Repair has been the only business that I have taken my vehicles to be serviced at, since the doors opened. They have always provided me with excellent service by very knowledgeable technicians who ate highly skilled at their profession. Smith's Auto Repair is a great, laid-back, family-oriented business where you can make yourself a cup of coffee, sit on the couch, relax and watch television while you wait on your car to get fixed quickly and efficiently. The best part about going to an honest business, is that they will never try to sell you anything you don't need; however, they will warn you when it is time for things to be changed and tell you how long before parts will need to be replaced(which is awesome because it gives you time to prepare and save for larger jobs)! I also love that they explain what the problem was and why it happened. “I drove 40 miles to school this morning in awful weather and realized my tire was almost completely flat. I quickly googled places near me to fix tires, and Jim’s is where I chose to go. I’m glad I did! Everyone was friendly, and I was able to wait in my car with the heat on and stay out of this cold, wet weather. They removed my tire, found the leak, and patched it for $25 and in about 35 minutes. Thank you all for your kindness and prompt service!”
“They did everything they could to get it fixed the day of my appointment. I was unhappy about having to pay for the reprogramming when it didn't work, and they removed the charge. The service staff went out of their way to get me back in later that day without an appointment so they could get it fixed. Unfortunately, matter how hard they tried, it didn't work. I work in the court system and have a hard time keeping scheduled appointments, so they told me to bring it by when I can so they can get it taken care of. I really appreciate the effort the team put in to help me.”

“I had to have my battery replaced and it was almost near closing time on a Friday and those folks took the time to check all the components that would pull the power from my battery they checked the starter the alternator the whole works then replaced the battery for me and I'm thankful for their service. “David came out this past Sunday night about 7:00PM to take my Winnebago Travato campervan to Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Dallas for service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience -- he was personable and professional, loading the campervan (with low ground clearance) expertly on his flat bed for transport. After waiting for Good Sam Roadside Assistance for five hours to find a provider, David was at my driveway in about forty-five minutes from the time he got the call. Need help? Call David's Garage -- they treat you right!”

“My mom had a screw in her tire that was causing issues on the day she was scheduled for outpatient surgery. It was an unpleasant hiccup in our schedule, but luckily for us, were were already in Rome, so I dropped her off and got her settled in to the surgery center. Once she was back, I jumped in the truck and drove it down to Bert Brooks Tire. They were super nice and welcoming. They remembered her from her previous purchase, and quickly got me checked in. They were really busy that day, but everyone seemed to be moving along steadily. I only waited about 10 minutes, and they had me ready to go! Great service, very kind people, and the chairs are the most comfortable chairs of any tire shop in the state. ? I made it back to mom in time to pick her up and off we went! Turned out to be a pretty easy day after all.”

“Larry and his team performed machine work and block preparation for my 62, Ford 292 Y block overhaul. Finding a reputable machine shop is; in and of itself a challenge. At the time of this review, Larry's Machine touted a 4.9 average review and although customer reviews can be subjective, this company is worthy of such praise. The 292 Y has outstanding oil pressure and is currently puring like it did when new 60 plus years ago. I am so impressed with Larry and his team that I am in the process of providing them with my latest project, complete rebuild of a 327 for my 56 Chevy.. “If I could give you 10 stars Eric, I would.Great communication, excellent work.I was referred to Eric by another mechanic to look at my transmission. While replacing my transmission he noticed my barrens needed replacing, so we scheduled the repairs. I picked up my car and wow! What a difference! The noise is gone and my car drove so much better. I could even hear myself talk. .I've had several other mechanics work on my car and at no time did they think to check my barrens. In one year, I had 2 sets of front brakes put on, new tires and had it aligned and I still had loud tires. I had lost hope in ever getting my car fixed right, until I went to Eric.Thank you Eric for everything you did for my car.I am grateful ? one more happy customer. ?”
