My toe nails were crooked and I asked several times for the square shape look instead I was told that my toes are just too long to fix and laughed at by the pedicure techs.

This was my first time getting a pedicure, although the lady and the nail tech were nice. I felt as though they had rushed the service, and incompletely.

Friendly staff, the pedicures are the best in town I’ve found. Great foot massage and really pay attention to making sure your feet look nice. I also like they open the doors when the weather is nice, I like the fresh air and it helps with the stuffiness and chemical smells a nail salon can have sometimes.

I have been coming here for years ! Awesome customer service and always very pleased with my nails the paint and trim are awesome and my nails last up to 6 weeks at a time without breakage !

Kevin really hurt me while giving me a pedicure. I got an infection in my big toe that took months to heal. I am doubting they retaliate their instruments. They need to pay more attention to their customers & not treat me like another number coming through waiting to collect my money. Not friendly at all.

Received a gel mani/pedi here before my anniversary trip. This salon used to do great work. But this time they barely did anything other than clip and paint my nails for the pedicure. They didn’t take care of callouses/etc. the gel manicure is very sloppy. She clipped my nails short after asking me specifically if I wanted them clipped and me replying no. The gel must have been old or not cured properly because it has bubbles badly. Overall, a sloppy job.

Was terrible experience. I politely ask for the color to be removed bc I didn’t like it and it didn’t look like how he suggested and wanted to change my mind. the guy butchered my nails and my cuticles. Still color and stuff left on my nail, my hand is shaking and bleeding on 5 fingers where my cuticles are completely split open and fingers were swollen and all that for 60 dollars. Wouldn’t go again bc they don’t care about the people who come in.

The first time at this salon for a pedicure, I left with sore, bruised feet from an overly aggressive foot massage. A couple months later, 28May, I decided to try it a 2nd time for a pedicure. The individual was barely awake, constantly distracted, failed to remove old polish, and cut deep into the sides of the toes with one bleeding. And, foolish me, I paid for this service. I give this place a minus zero.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one was rough. I was cut, the paint was worse than a child would do. The pinky on my left hand was ten times thicker than any of my other nails. None of them were even. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had

Updated my review to 4 stars, they actually lasted really well. I would go backLady was nice and worked very quickly. I got gel polish but she didn’t do all the steps for nail prep that I’m used to. She went directly from filing to applying the clear gel coat. She did brush the dust off a little but I could feel it all over my hands so I’m skeptical of how long the polish will hold up. Usually they have you rinse hands and use a alcohol wipe to remove debris. Also didn’t like that she filed and scraped off my old gel. I have thin brittle nails already (that’s why I get gel) and I feel like the scraping ruins the top layers and damages them more. It’s called soak off for a reason. We will see….. not terrible but I will probably go somewhere else next time.
