Customer service for the company as a whole, not just this branch has plummeted. My wife's debit card expired at the end of August, and I had called at the beginning of August and they said they would have it sent in the mail automatically. All of our mail for the bank comes to our address, but in this instance the card was sent to her ex's address, an address that has never been associated with our account. She was told they could try and mail her another one, but that it would be at least 10 days, or that she could go to the other branch and have them make her one. She went to the other branch where she was told that they couldn't help her because they didn't have anybody that had the time and availability. I went back to this branch today and was told there was not anything they could do, that they did see the card was sent to the wrong location, but that if she did need one immediately that she had already called and confirmed that one could be made for her today. Less than an hour later, my wife is there with her daughter who is home sick, and they are once again trying to say that they are unable to make her a card. We were also told that we would be receiving a call from the branch manager to discuss the issues. . . that was over a week ago. . .
