Scheduled an appointment online at the Second Avenue branch to open a checking account. That did not seem to make a difference. I waited and waited and waited. This should have easily been accomplished over my lunch hour and it was not. Even though I was repeatedly told someone would be right with me, that was not my experience. After a long wait, where apparently the other customer service rep disappeared and the other remained busy, I left and took my business elsewhere. Maybe this branch is great with existing customers but not with new customers.
