Heather at this location is phenomenal. She has customer service down to the match. I have experience the absolute best service from UPS by Heather at the Shorter location in Rome. If I could give her a 5 one million times I would. She is polite, professional, patience, efficient etc. Heather thanks one million you kept your word. You were so easy to deal with. She is indeed the best. Thanks again Heather. Paterina says you are the epiphany of get service please keep this up. UPS she deserves a promotion a raise etc.

UPS and Google have them opening at 9:00. They open at 9:30 and not a second sooner. I can't believe a business will not update their hours. Parking lot is full at 9:00 because everything says they open at that time including your UPS pickup notice.

Complete TRASH! Package was sent 2nd day air on 3/24/23. Due to arrive on 3/27 date kept getting moved to next day by 7pm. So I called to have the package held so I could pick it up. I go to pick the package up for my employees and there is a sign stating they are CLOSED. I don't know who is over this facility but they need to be replaced IMMEDIATELY! There is absolutely NO EXCUSE for this but your parking lot is full of cars of so sort of employees I'm sure. Bottomline you don't get a pass bc your understaffed because at this point everyone is!

Horrible couldn't deliver my package had to drive 20 miles away to get it and when you call customer service you have to go thru hell to get a human on the phone and they never call u back ever

UPS is going down hill. My package due date has moved 4 times. It finally got to Atlanta. I called customer service found out that it was in Cartersville said it was on its way to Rome and I should get the package the next day. I asked if I could just pick the package up myself at the Rome office. I spent a half on hold for them to come back and say yes. I was happy about that until I went to pick it up found out that my package never left in Atlanta and was told it should be delivered to next day. The next day I got a message that said my package was delivered to buffalo NY during the night and would not get it until several days later. I asked what was ups going to do about it and I was told sorry these things happen. REDICULOUS!!!!!!!

This place is the worst!!! They said they tried to deliver to my house twice and I had moved I called 4 times to tell them I have not moved the address is correct please deliver my package and now I'm waiting on a call from a supervisor, it's been ridiculous trying to get my package delivered to MY ADDRESS

Gentlemen that was working customer service was was very polite and helpful with my shipping needs and receiving a shipment They could not get deliver purchase place forgot to put our apartment number on it they found us and held the package for.

Can never get anyone on the phone. UPS guy will not deliver to my house in Cedartown inside city limits off the main street. Says he cannot find my house but has been there before many times. Now I have to drive to Rome for my packages. The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a big company. I do not recommend using UPS unless you like driving to pick up a package you paid shipping for. The driver is named Adam in Cedartown, GA. He is awful, just a bad look for UPS.

Can never get a hold of anyone there. Pulled up to get my package for the 2nd day in a row and there is a sign saying counter is closed because of staffing. NOT MY PROBLEM. Today is the last day to pick up my package or it gets went back and this is a legal document needed ASAP. Try to call UPS and they cant help. This is horrible. Pull someone from the back to work counter especially where you are only open for an hour in the morning.
