First off I have been gong to this ups store for years and never had a problem but here in the last year on a couple of occasions I have been irked from one of the employees. I’ve went in with my wife a few times and noticed that one of the employees named Russel has always kind of gave a certain look at my wife while always acknowledging her only as if I’m not right in front of him. Well that has always kind of bothered me but just brushed it off. Well today we went back in to return some things and once again smirking at my wife like he always does and I had a few things to return and he said “ I don’t know how long Amazon is going to let people return things after trying them out” made me feel uncomfortable to come return things. For one I have tons of stuff that I have kept but it’s my right to return something that I don’t think is worth the money that doesn’t preform well. It’s none of his concern. So yes someone really needs to address this weasel looking guy. No one will overlook him when they go in. He’s got a goofy pic of himself on the wall looks like a rat. Next time when u act like that Russel we will have a problem mainly about my wife. This guy is bad for business even my wife feels uncomfortable.

A great place for sending packages. They have a friendly and professional staff are on hand to assist you. They also have mailboxes that you can rent. My experiences that have always been great.
