My friend and I came in to get our nails done. While my set went fine, my friend’s on the other hand was laughable. We showed an inspo pic that had a grey/beige like base, with black blooming gel over the top to make the design. I’ve gotten this design myself at this salon, so I knew my friend was going in with a strong inspo. However, the tech she was assigned started painting her entire nail black. My friend and I spoke up, but she said she was going to do the design after. When she got assigned a different nail tech to do the design, the new tech told the other employee it was wrong and to fix it. She then got assigned ANOTHER nail tech who was going to fix the issue. We told her we wanted the base as 212 (she had the color number picked out when she first ever sat down) and she told us black would not show up on that color and that we had to pick a different color. We then picked a light grey and were told black would not show up lol. Mind you, my nail design is brown with black zebra stripes. You can see the stripes. After going back and forth slightly about the color, we gave into her suggestion and did you what she suggested. She proceeded to do her nails, and during the service, she dropped her brush on the floor by her shoe. The nail tech did NOT CLEAN THE BRUSH OR CHANGE THE BRUSH before putting it BACK on my friend’s nail and continued to finish the service. My friend and I were in shock and figured she would at least wipe the brush off with alcohol, especially before dipping is BACK into the polish bottle. My friend was still not happy with her nails despite trying to communicate what was wrong multiple times and showing a picture multiple times. I’ve been a customer here for a while, but have lately noticed the health standards not being up to code.

The only thing enjoyable about this visit was the temp of the water for my pedicure. If you are not an elite existing customer please don’t go here. The service was not good at all. My pedicure was rushed, and don’t get me started on my eyebrows. The lady who did them was mot friendly at all. One eyebrow is higher than the other and when I asked her fix it she walked off on me. I stopped another employee and explained to her but before I could get my complaint out she noticed and said exactly what needed to be fixed. When the lady finally came back to fix it you could tell that she had an attitude. She plucked my eyebrows so hard I just told her never mind. This was not a good experience at all. I will not go back to this place. They don’t even deserve the one star but I needed to write this review for future customers. Highly not recommended!!!….

Always have the best experience when I get my nails done. Raymond always gets me in and out looking fabulous and fresh. Have recommended USA Nails to anyone who ask where I get my nails and toes done. Bebhinn

They always greet you with a smile. Every time I asked for a design, they are quick to make it happen even if it’s multiple people who have to work on them. I’m always getting compliments on my nails. They’re the friendliest studio in Rome, Georgia!

Paid for a pedicure with gel polish. Pedicure was something I could have done better at home. Gel is already coming off of my toes and I just got them done this morning.

Been to several places to get callases taken off and fix the messed up feet I have. They were super comforting and did a great job at what I needed and wanted. Extremely nice and personable people. Hannah did a great job on my feet, Tracy and Raymond were really funny while I was getting my feet done. It felt like family.

I waited of course because I didn't make an appointment. Which was not an issue. But instead of the nail tech guy asking who was next, he took another person instead. I didn't fuss I just wished them a good day and left. He was trying hard to get me to come back in . No thank you

I was nervous because I had never got my nails done here before and I didn't know what to expect from here, but, I really ended up liking my nails that I got, the guy who did them did great on designs, it looks just how I wanted it. I really liked it, it's definitely worth the price, and Great for a girls day for a 16 year old's birthday

I got the 25 dollar pedicure and nail polish. The girl barely let my feet soak before starting working on my toes. Me and my sister was the only people in the shop. After we was done and went to pay the worker told me it would be 40 dollars. When I asked why she said for the nail polish. I have never heard of this. The 25 dollar pedicure should have included the nail polish and she smeared the polish on my left big toe. We will never be back here again
