The case broke within the first month and cracked the phone. I’ve been unable to get ahold of anyone on the phone at the store and was told by the Verizon customer service that my broken case was out of the 30 day warranty. This was after customer service told me to reach out to the store. Disappointing.

Stood at the waiting area for probably 30 minutes. Multiple employees looked at me but none approached to ask if I need help. They all just stood and talked and looked at me like they were confused on why I was there.

I have been through 3 buyouts with my cell phone company. I opened this account in 1988 with AirTouch Cellular and 35 years later I am with Verizon. I am not near as happy as I was when Verizon Wireless bought my carrier. I have had the.same number the entire time.i am one of about twenty customers in Rome that has been with them 25 plus years. I've had the number a lot longer. In that time I have never had near as many SPAM calls as I do now. Friday as I sat in my kitchen eating a bologna sandwich, all the way, I received 10 calls in a row from spammers , scammers and idiots. It has gotten so bad I leave my ringer off and just check my phone more often. Anyway after lunch I drove to the Verizon Wireless's main office in Rome. Thank goodness Ryan was working. He talked me " off the ledge" for I was there to cancel my service.A year or so ago VW sent me an offer that "blocks" spam and such. That infuriated me because if they know it's spam then shouldn't they block it without having to charge me for it. Sorry Google, you ask about my experience at Verizon...not a happy camper.

They sold me a phone that obviously they new nothing about the working off. I wound up returning it and the attachments I purchased with it. I also am paying way too much for my current single plan! It's time to find a better way to communicate with a cell phone company and still get the coverage I need for less money. They need more knowledgeable help to sell their phones, etc.

Kasey helped my Mother upgrade to a new Iphone 13 model at the Rome, Ga store & was incredibly kind, patient, professional, friendly, wonderful to work with. REALLY. He went above & beyond considering our many questions, suggested applying for Verizon Visa to save another $100 off accessories of glass screen saver, phone case, wall plug for USB-C connection. He is an amazing Salesman and/or Manager, and deserves much credit for being such a lovely gentleman in this "rushed world" of 'who cares?'. Highly recommend both Verizon service, but especially Mr. Kasey at the Rome, Ga store. You are appreciated more than you know! A+++++
