Relaxed atmosphere and welcoming. Polite tellers. The wait was extensive when I went and wasn't the best constantly standing. Took about 12-15 minutes. All in all a good experience.

This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever seen in my life. They have major problems with fraud and they won’t give you back your money that was stolen from you. They make you sit and wait for 40+ minutes before anyone even helps you. Jessica Cook is by all means a horrible unhelpful associate. She had such a nasty rude attitude and gave a snide little smirk. I am so appalled at the lack of service and help that we were provided with. We will definitely be putting the word out for people not to bank with this unreliable company. DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO!!!!! YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE!!!!!

all i needed was my notary paper from my school signed by a notary. it would take 1 minute maximum. he continued to tell me that i could wait an hour then he would sign it because he's an hour behind on appointments, but i was in the wells fargo for about 20 minutes and he was helping someone right before me for that entire 20 minutes instead of tending to his actual appointment that was sitting in his office. this bank also only had one actual banker, be better wells fargo. i went to another place after this and they signed my paper immediately.

Great place with great service, lots of new faces over time, but people move on and turnover happens. The managers are great (Jessica & Samuel). The girls in the drive-thru are so nice and they always remember your name, I love this about Wells Fargo. Everyone has a choice when it comes to banking, I have been a customer for many years with the same great service.

Horrible customer service ! Been banking with this bank for 23 yrs and this is the worth branch ever. Need to fire all the management they never acknowledged all customer waiting to be thing care .

We had a terrible experience with this branch. Specifically, Jessica Cook was unhelpful and unprofessional.UPDATE (Three weeks later): This remains unresolved. I was on hold with Wells Fargo for an hour today. We had to file a case with the Federal Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Extreamly slow and will let customers stand outside 10 minutes past opening time to finish their daily huddles. This bank needs more tellers.

Locations are always slammed and understaffed. ATM's around town are often broken down or not functioning properly. You would think the app would inform its customers that an ATM is down when searching in-app. NOPE.

Haley was a great worker, showed a good work ethic, solved a problem my father had fast and easy. She was kind and helpful and even though she was busy, she didn’t hesitate to help a customer. 10/10 rating

Wow is all I can say!!! These people deserve a bigger bank at a bigger location... because of the volume of people that they serve in one day at one time! I came only to cash a check written from family from out of town and was amazed at the lines full of cars!! They were great!!

Tellers are usually very friendly and helpful. The wait time is terrible!!! 4 lanes open with 2 very slow tellers. Took almost 15 minutes to get through.
