“Where The Lodge is a bit more affordable, only really caters to menswear, and has a smaller business/craft feel, Woodford carries more upscale clothing for everyone and from larger brands.I was really only looking for shoes on this visit and noticed online there was some mention of Aldens in-store. Everyone there was so nice and when I mentioned the Aldens and that I was particularly interested in chukkas it was as though it appeared to me from thin air. Wonderful shoes!A lot of the options available for men and women looked beautiful and it's definitely easy to spend a pretty penny in here but it's all worth it if you can.They were a very pleasant and accommodating group to interact with and one of the employees even gave me a new store to checkout when I get back to the DC area.”

“The jeans at Buckle are fabulous, in case you haven’t ever been. The store in Rome, Ga has the three most impressive, kind, welcoming, and “go out of their way to help you” salespeople! The second you walk in they are there to help without being pushy (like some clothing places). Every time we (my daughter and I) go in they remember our names and literally make us feel like they’re happy to see us. Daiton (GM), Isabella, and Brent are the BEST.”

“Doing most of my shopping online or in large thrift establishments, I had forgotten about the benefits of an in-store, personal experience. Today I was reminded when I visited Carina's Closet. Store owner Marina was fantastic -- she was engaging, enthusiastic, fun, helpful, interesting, and interested. She was respectful of my tastes and helped me to select clothes and accessories that were in keeping with them. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, except by the lovely, eclectic items that kept imploring me to try them on. When a favorite song came on, she turned up the volume, and I felt like I was having a party with a trusted friend. When other customers came into the store, she managed to give each of us her attention, while allowing us to browse at our leisure. I can't believe that I have just discovered this gem of a store, and I thank Marina for sharing her obvious love of fashion, people, and life!”
