Don't waste your money they will sign you up for stuff you don't agree to and charge a crazy amount. If you call to get it fixed they are no help. Most fraudulent company I have done business with.

Well I had a technician coming out and the changed out my router because of bad storms. He was very professional and showed me different things I could do. Tks guys.. always Xfinity Internet customer!!!

Nobody here is nice or helpful when you have an issue. Went in to up grade 2 lines on my account but customer service was so bad I actually ported both lines to Verizon. And the manager is the worst of them all.

Can not reach anyone by phone. Internet service has not worked properly and although they came out twice, it is still bad. The worst though is the customer service. You literally can not reach a real person by phone. It is maddening.

You better be very careful with this place. They charged me a $180 in fees. Which is more than 100% of my bill. And they won't help you in any way. Find a better service to get than this Xfinity they're just going to rip you off. I've called customer support and went to the store with zero help.

Xfinity Customer Service number is definitely a 0 stars. I spent 3 hours on the phone with no issues resolved. However, upon walking into this location a Ms. Reyes was able to completely resolve all the issues in less than 7 minutes. Everyone was very kind, timely and helpful. I will definitely be avoiding the call center in favor of just stopping by this location with any issues.

This is absolutely the worst place to go to when Kelly Jones is working! I have never had issues with anyone else in that store but the Store Manager that constantly doesn’t want to do her job! We Have been a xfinity mobile customer for going on 2yrs & if we need something that she has to help with she is a Completely Rude & gives false information! She constantly turns customers around that are trying to return equipment saying They need to go to UPS store which in fact a Lie other employees will take it back! If they need help with a new line or wifi she’s all for helping! But if you’re a current Customer needing help she doesn’t care to deal with you! She acts like she truly hates her job! It’s sad that Calling Customer service is better than going into the store.

I have mobile service with Xfinity. I needed help with getting another phone and to transfer my number to another phone., Well I had the worst experience at Xfinity in Rome. They didn't help me at all with trying to get another phone nor transferring my number, I even asked them if they could call the mobile service on the phone and talk with someone because after 7attempts to get a transfer pin I wasn't able to because I was hung up on twice and then others kept saying that they couldn't give me a pin over the phone, but I know that they could. So I went to the Xfinity store and asked for their help but they just looked at me like I was not human, at that point I was very frustrated and upset. But when I went back to metro the two young ladies that were there helped me more than my own Carrier (Xfinity). Nobody at Xfinity even tried to assist me at all, all they told me to do is take the phone to a repair shop and have them fix it. Well that would be a waiste of time and money, I wanted to transfer my number to another phone and not fix the one that was no longer accessable, so I not only would have to pay for repairs but also for transferring my number, so why do that ? That was stupid advice they gave me. So the ladies at metro went out of their way to help me and they didn't have to do that, they did what Xfinity was supposed to do but didn't. I will never forget those that really helped me out after they saw what Xfinity put me through. I had a mental breakdown because of Xfinity and I have witnesses to prove it. When all they had to do was HELP me!!! I will never have anything to do with this company again and if I were anybody who has Xfinity I would change services soon. My experience was so bad that I'm reporting them to the BBB and I'm calling the corporate office. Because I was really having a mental breakdown because they wouldn't even try calling mobile support from their location. Metro did it all for me. And I applaud their customer service and their kindness to me.

I’m I the only one who was offered an promotional deal on the phones and they saying they’re having issues and it will be fixed. I been dealing with this issue with them since December and they keep lying saying everything is showing up on their end but if I’m paying for something I want to see it on my end. I’ve called and went into the store over multiple times and nothing haven’t changed. I feel like it was an fraudulent / false advertisement.

To bad a zero can not be given. I have had nothing but trouble with this company! Customer service sucks big time. I really wished ATT serviced my address! The connectivity program is a yearly renewal and they took it apon themselves to cancel my discount. Oh by the way the one thing they will not tell you is if someone comes to your house it is an automatic 100.00 weather the problem is their equipment or not! Worst company out there!!

Comcast has the absolute worst customer service imaginable.There system is engineered to;1) Never allow you to speak to a person,2) Force you onto auto pay, &3) Not allow you to post anything negative about them on their web page.If you attempt to make a negative posting it forces you to give it a “Nickname”. No matter what you try to use as a nickname it comes back that the nickname has already been used. Thus, not allowing you to post.A couple of nights ago I tried to add Paramount channel, it would not allow you to add to your program without signing up for auto pay…..Phuk em

Do not use Xfinity they have the worst customer service. My mom has them and they have made it hell to deal with. They have screwed up her service and charged her more money and will not do anything to help her. Do not use this company they are the worst to deal with and there customer service sucks.

It's really sad when the call center offers better customer service than the local employees looking you dead in the eye. The manager is rude and hateful and not one single employee seemed to give two hoots about my issue. I will drive to Kennesaw before ever dealing with these people again.
