“I don’t write reviews ever so I don’t have any professional name with my email, but I had to write a review on this place. My car broke down yesterday at a stop sign and I already was having a horrible week. I was so stressed and they took great care of me. I called the next day they opened and they were amazing. My brain was in shambles and the lady on the phone (wish I caught her name) was super patient with me while I explained the details. Then the man who towed my car (also wish I got his name) was super quick to get there and get my car home, and he was an excellent driver too! Within the time I called and by the time I was back home it had easily been under an hour and a half. And it was a reasonable price in my opinion, $95, and thankfully my insurance will make up for that. You are in great hands with this company! If I ever need help again I’ll be calling them.”

“I had the occasion to need a notary and visited my Regions bank on Hwy 58. I was greeted by Harold Lopez one of the relationship managers at the bank.Harold took good care of me and quickly helped me with my banking needs. I would highly recommend this bank and Harold in particular to anyone.”

“UPDATE: So I called the bank this morning and thanks to Lisa, I was refunded the $216 NSF fee!! To say I'm shocked would be an understatement. Never expected that. I'm leaving at 4 stars because of the ATM fees for using other ATMs. If they lost that $3 fee, I'd give 5 stars. Plus, not going to let one ladies misinforming me ruin the entire company's reputation. Thank you Regions for making my day! I have had nothing but bad luck with this bank. You're only allowed to use their ATMs to avoid the $3 fee they charge for other ATM usage. I always arrive when theres a technician working on the ATM, which seems to be a lot lately. Why have a tech there at 10am? Why not before you open or right at closing? Quite inconvenient. I decided to opt in for the overdraft protection, like a dummy. My understanding was the bank would cover your overdraft for $36. I called the office the other day to ask... If I have $3.00 in my account at the moment but have 6 or 7 transactions pending, and I pull out $100 in a couple of hours, will that mess up my account or will I only be charged the $36 for pulling out the $100? The lady told me that I'd only incur the $36 fee because they go by the time you made purchases and only charge the fee for the transaction that puts you in the negative. Well, I pulled the $100 out on the way to work. NOT THINKING about that $3 ATM fee. I used an ATM at a gas station and went on about my day. Can you guys guess what happened? If you said screwed up your account, youd be correct. Checked my balance and as of right now, I'm -$380.54. And you know what? $216 is JUST for NSF fees. That $3 ATM fee, tagged for $36 NSF, plus all my other pending items bounced. Why did the employee tell me differently? Going in the morning to opt OUT. Check this company's policies out before you join!! I'll be swapping banks soon. I use too many different ATMS to be charged for it. Plus being told 1 thing & the complete opposite occurs, not cool.”

“I stopped by twice within the same week for a cashiers check and to get a paper notarized. Charlie Bono notarized my paperwork and has me in and out within minutes. The tellers were courteous and prompt each time I went in. As a customer I appreciated their efficiency.”

“So....being here for the past 5 years, I can safely say I've seen BOA turn this location from horrible to actually likable. They redone the parking way to come in. Before you had to wait in the main road when the line got big, now you can have several cars in line. The surface has been redone, and there are no more potholes.”
