Never going back. I asked a price for an item my child wanted, sitting on a table right in front of the counter. She told me she didn’t know and kept repeating it pretty much telling me she’s not looking and I’m not buying it. Then says poor child as my child is crying bc she wouldn’t just look for a price or ask a manager.

This is one of the worst places to shop anymore! The so called management can’t manage a small store! She is completely useless! The store is always messy! Nothing is clean , it’s so disorganized u can’t find anything! But yet other employees try very hard to get things stocked ! U never see her doing anything useful! The prices are so high u can’t afford to buy food there! I just bought a cross word puzzle book there it cost me 9.00! That is just so crazy for that! Pop prices are insane! We just visited the Mack smith rd. Dollar general! We were there at about 5:00 pm! I don’t know what the girl was doing that was working the register but she was completely dence! When we got to the counter she was going so slow! She kept walking away! She kept messing with her cell phone! If she had no clue how to run a register at all! I had asked for a carton of cigs 3 times she only got one ! Because she screwed up she had to get the manager again! WTH!!! These was a line everyone there was irritated! U seriously need to find better employees that have a brain! Know what the heck they are doing that know how to there darn jobs!

I've been a loyal customer of the Dollar general store down the road for quite some time, but recent changes have left me disappointed. The removal of the self-checkout line has caused significant inconvenience during my shopping trips. Instead of the quick and convenient experience I was accustomed to, I now find myself waiting in long lines due to issues with the cash registers. It's evident that this decision was made by the employer, and it's negatively impacting the overall customer service at the store. Despite the efforts of the new crew, the absence of the self-checkout option has led to frustration and has even resulted in me abandoning my groceries on several occasions. I hope the management reconsiders their choice and prioritizes customer convenience in the store.

This is my favorite place to shop, the store is small and I know every isle and it's close to where I live, the store is very clean, the staff are amazing, I would just say that the prices aren't as cheap as other places but not very expensive.

This location is one of the cleanest and organized well stocked Dollar General I've been into around here., Staff helpful and friendly. I can actually move around in store without stuff blocking the isles. I stop here often due to close to my work so go there alot for our office or stop for self on way home from work. They always have what I need and seem very well stocked every visit there.

I took something back for a refund , it was told to me that it would be back on my card In 40 min. And it has been 5 hours and it is not on my card yet. I paid for what I paid for nobody has to wait to be paid when I use it to pay for stuff why should I have to wait to get it back4 or 5 days.

They're just like family. We've been on a first name basis for years. We have a saying, between me and the employee's. If you need me I'll call you. It makes us all laugh. 1 big happy family.

As a full time Rv traveler, I’ve been in a lot of dollar stores. This Dollar General is by far the nicest, well stocked and well organized store of its kind I’ve been in. Staff is very nice as well.
