Had a 1988 Honda Accord LXI, my first project car at that. They were the only ones I found in town that were able to diagnose and fix the idling issue I had with the vehicle. Nobody else wanted to touch it or the vehicle was too old. Daniel did a wonderful job at speed, accuracy, and knowledge with the problem. Both him and Chuck at the front desk are great guys to do business with. Real easy to talk to, and straightforward with business when needed. I'm so relieved someone around the area is knowledge and easy to do business with as they are for a vehicle of this age.

Brought a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan in to get looked at after having the Volkswagen dealership quoted us almost double what the car was worth just to fix it . They had us believing we couldn’t even drive it . Daniel took a look at it and was very honest about the problems and really put our mind at ease . Really great guy . Very knowledgeable about these cars . Did an awesome job repairing the car in a reasonable time frame . Price was excellent. Would recommend this place to others . We are definitely going back if we ever have need of a mechanic !

The first mistake was having my vehicle sent after they said, "There's a difference between Japanese JUNK and American made cars" Still, I sent my Subaru there for a blown head gasket and turbo issues. After it being towed in mid-March 2023, it took over a month for a call, that I had to make. They talked me in circles, telling me they looked at it. After three months, and many calls later, they told me my car was next on the rack. Three months later, and no call back, my husband had to physically go there to see what was up. They told him they looked at it and tried to upsell us for a new engine. They told him it would be going to the machine shop for the head gasket replacement within the next week. NO call, ZERO communication, I called them in late August 2023-Early September2023 and there was no update. I gave them some time, and still no call. Finally, February 2024, I was completely fed up with the lack of communication. Called, and Chuck could not give me any update, but that he would have Daniel call me back. I STILL had to call once again, and Daniel answered, but said Chuck told him I had called but didn't return my call for an update on my vehicle. LAUGHED IN MY FACE, excuse after excuse as to why my car wasn't fixed. LIES after LIES. I finally just got fed up, paid them a diagnostic fee, which I shouldn't have because I AM THE ONE THAT TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY CAR! They eventually told me my car was put back together, except the intake was disconnected. Battery was dead, and there were parts in my trunk. Did NOT seem "put back together, except the disconnected intake". The ONLY reason they get 1 star is because they "helped" me get my car loaded onto a trailer and google doesn't do 0 stars. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemy. Unsure how they are still in business.

Daniel is awesome. He knows his stuff, on virtually every vehicle. Wirth a large family, I've taken newer VWs, older VWs, even older Volvos, Saabs, and a Nissan there. He drills right into the issue and gets me back on the road asap.Services: Electrical repair

I took our 67 beetle to this repair shop back in October of 2021 on the day he set the appointment. I told him year make and issues over the phone prior to taking. Once he had vehicleHe acted like I told him a different year and issue. I then messed up by saying once you know what’s wrong let me know how much repairs will be. That may have been why after 3 months he not once looked at our car. I called every 3 weeks and he told me someone named Daniel would look and call back. Not one person ever called us back. I can’t tell you how many times I called and got the run around. I finally mid January 2022 had it towed back to my home. I own a couple of business local and can’t imagine how he stays open treating people so bad. If they couldn’t fix classic air cooled cars they could have told us. Either way we have learned a valuable lesson and will be sure to direct all friends and family to stay clear of this place.Service: Engine repair

These are very knowledgeable mechanics and the only ones in the area that said that they would even be able to work on my wife's Jaguar so I was glad I didn't have to take it to the dealership
