Very friendly and prompt service here, they explain to you clearly what is needed and give you sensible pricing up front before starting a repair. They have the parts for the major phones in stock and complete the work just when they say they will, usually in about an hour. If you have a phone beyond economical repair they will be up front about it, and not try to upsell you things you don't need. There's a reason they have been in business so long - great customer service ! 10/10”
“I was driving to Verizon to buy a new phone when this one stopped working. I saw the shop on the way and I figured why not give it a shot. I knew what was wrong with it and had stopped at a similar store once to have it fixed and was quoted $400 to repair it. 2 minutes and $20 later my phone was fixed. Incredible service I could not recommend a place more!”

“So I spoke with the owner, who is actually a really nice guy. Don't expect to be best friends over the phone; he is very busy and doesn't have much time to talk on the phone. He only works on flat screens and doesn't work on CRTs or VCRs. He will likely close within a year's time because he wants to retire. Definitely a very knowledgeable guy and won't do you wrong if you give him a chance.”

“I have literally never written a review in my life for any reason positive or negative, but the service I received here was so good I felt compelled to write one now. Don was an absolute legend on and off the phone. I had an issue with my pc and they fixed it within an hour. They even kept the store open a few minutes after close so I could come in and grab my equipment once it was done. I could not recommend this place enough if you are looking for quick service from people who absolutely know what they are doing. Will definitely be coming back for any and all technological issues.”
