Everything was very clean and organized. The shelves were stocked and labeled properly, and the facilities were very clean. Overall, it was a great place to get groceries!

Love the uscan lane and the deli. Was 5, now it's 2.
This male employee with a tn vols lanyard was plainly staring at the people with me while continuously and repeatedly approaching to "offer help" even after being told to stop. With the standard of employee falling and being pushed not to use the u-scans, Walmart will soon be my only choice in grocer.

It's a normal grocery store except for all the wasp nest outside the door. My 4 year old got stung the other day as we walked out the building. There are wasp nests everywhere. I told someone who works there about it and they said it wasn't there problem.

I'm a big tea drinker and they have a really nice selection of bagged teas. They carry 3-4 kinds that are extremely difficult to find anywhere else. I was actually considering ordering them from Amazon because I didn't think any local stores sold them but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they do! Also pretty decent selection on most other things. Tbh I usually don't like Food City but this one is a lot better than I expected and I'll definitely be coming back to get more tea! Feels nicer than other locations.

Went to food city on mission ridge rd today. there was one register open with a line so I went to self check out. At that time I’m told it’s for 15 items or less ( no signs) and that next time I would need to go through a line. One long line where you have to stand and wait. Why? I will start going to Walmart from now on.

I waited at the deli for 10 minutes while no one noticed. I asked three employees for assistance with each one saying “I’ll get someone”. I went thru the store and picked up other items. Back to the deli. Still no one to pick up the two pieces of pizza I wanted. Makes Food Lion and Publix my next choice for customer service. “Short staff” does not justify poor service.
