“I was ecstatic to see shooter supply was coming to Georgia! I came in on black Friday for the sale, looking to buy a 2011, and since NOTHING I ever try to buy goes on sale, I figured it was time to buy one. The store was busier than normal, which is to be expected. I felt I was given some rushed answers and interactions... i know it was busy for the sales, but at the same time, I figured that would be accounted for. After I waited what seemed like a while of staring at the case, and 2 employees walking away after I started asking questions, I got aggregated and left. I thought about it over night- and realized we have all had a bad experience at a restaurant, and gone back again- so I figured Id give it another chance. I came in this morning and Made my way straight to the 2011 case. After maybe a minute, I looked up and Lance was standing in front of me. I had delt with him before at the Hixson store, and he remembered me from almost a year ago! He is a great guy to talk to, and is VERY knowledgeable about the products I was considering. He took plenty of time to talk to me, walked me through the different optic options, and was pretty upset when I told him what happened the day before. He definitely made it right, which I wasnt expecting, but really appreciated. I ended up getting a Staccato XC, With a holosun optic. It would have been great to get the optic mounted, but again, I understand it was busy. I did it myself, and am extremely happy with my purchase! Lance definitely turned my experience into an A+. I look forward to doing more business with you Lance!”
