“I’ve been dealing with John Lane since I movers in 2018 from California. I’ve NEVER had this kind of experience with an Insurance Agent before. (Kim you get a huge shout out). In that time I’ve been given great service and had a roof repaired through my State Farm insurance. We had a vehicle totaled (not our fault) and I was about to submit a claim BUT the driver who caused the accident submitted all of those involved to his insurance company. I was advised to NOT submit a claim through my insurance as it was covered (and it was with $0.00 out of pocket expense).
