In that time I’ve been given great service and had a roof repaired through my State Farm insurance. We had a vehicle totaled (not our fault) and I was about to submit a claim BUT the driver who caused the accident submitted all of those involved to his insurance company. I was advised to NOT submit a claim through my insurance as it was covered (and it was with $0.00 out of pocket expense). What an utter joy and look forward to paying my bill every month as I get to call them to say process it! I can’t recommend John Lane and Kim highly enough!”
