If I could put 0 stars I totally would! I lost my job over something that happened with my kid who lives two hours away. The dealership I bought my car from sent it out for repo. No worries that's part of it. Anyways, Kay's is who was contracted to pick my car up. Kay's damaged my car! The repair bill was for $1500 and it cost me lost wages too after not having the car for 3 weeks! They claim to do car repairs as well as towing but they were NOT willing to be accountable for the damage to my car at all! Over 5 weeks, every other phone call Kay was on vacation. She kept leading me on as if she was going to take care of the damages but she did not! With a snatch truck, it is part of the job that cars are damaged sometimes, no harm no foul I totally understand. Every other week she was on vacation and absolutely horrible counication on their end. I would stay far away from this company if I were you!!

I would like to thank all the guys at Kay's towing and recovery for the amazing work they done on my son's car today. I called today at 11:20 to have them tow it and have an alternator put on and by the time I got off work the car was done and very affordable. Thanks again.
