“I can not say enough good things about this company. We had a shipping crate the size of a car come on a tractor trailer, with no way to unload it. I called Kay’s and asked if they would be able to transfer it from the tractor trailer and unload at our house. When I called I wasn’t sure what day, or even week it was coming, but Scotty said it was fine whenever it came he would take care of it for us. We got a 30 minute notice, but by the time I made it to Kay’s, Scotty was already working to get it onto his tow truck. Superb service, and really goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you so much for all of your help! We really appreciate it! Definitely recommend this company for all of your needs!”

“I don’t write reviews ever so I don’t have any professional name with my email, but I had to write a review on this place. My car broke down yesterday at a stop sign and I already was having a horrible week. I was so stressed and they took great care of me. I called the next day they opened and they were amazing. My brain was in shambles and the lady on the phone (wish I caught her name) was super patient with me while I explained the details. Then the man who towed my car (also wish I got his name) was super quick to get there and get my car home, and he was an excellent driver too! Within the time I called and by the time I was back home it had easily been under an hour and a half. And it was a reasonable price in my opinion, $95, and thankfully my insurance will make up for that.You are in great hands with this company! If I ever need help again I’ll be calling them.”
